all the members of a Finnish Jomon Shindo society
this time.
Suzannaer yang brother and son made me norimaki.
It also tastes good and you're winding beautifully, right?
Smoked salmon, avocado, asupara.Zucchini.
The ingredients gathered locally.
It was good.
フィンランド人手作り寿司で乾杯！
この度フィンランドの縄文Shindo協会のボードメンバー全員と
5年振りに再会しました。
スザンナの弟と息子さんが、のり巻きを作ってくれました。
味も良く綺麗に巻いていますね。
スモークサーモン、アボカド、ズッキーニ。
地元で採れた食材です。
美味しかったですよ。
A workshop is divided into two points, Helsinki and Lfti.
An Estonian work is merrymaking.There are a lot of quiet
people a participant in the quiet environment of the forest
and the lake, too, aren't there?
Jomon girls made Japanese food.It's combed up it's a
mixed stew of lotus root lice boll.
Everyone would be happy to be eating a participant.
ヘルシンキとラフティーの二ヶ所に分かれて、ワークショップが
行われています。
エストニアのワークはお祭り騒ぎですが、フィンランドは森と湖の
環境の中で、参加者も静かな人が多いですね。
縄文女子たちが日本食を作ってくれました。
かき揚げ、レンコン煮込み、おにぎりなどです。参加者はみんな喜ん
でくれました。
We have arrived at Suzanna s Second house of lafti for 1 hour by
car from Helsinki.
We stay for one week do a workshop.
Megumi made it presentation of a yukata for Suzanna.
Susanne is small, so kimono looks good, doesn't it?
She was a bridge engineer, but Susanne transformed herself
into a modest lady.
ヘルシンキから車で1時間のラフティのスザンナの別荘に着きました。
一週間滞在して、ワークショップを致します。
恵さんがスザンナに浴衣のプレゼントしました。
スザンナは小柄なので、着物が似合いますね。
スザンナは橋のエンジニアですが、しとやかな女性に変身しました。
Finnish dinner.
I received invitation with ANDERO and Rauli.
The dessert Finnish snow covered was best.
Mr. Ikekawa was glad, too.

We have done Helsinki arrival.

workshop ends.
The last workshop in Estonia is the popular toothpick
Nail method now.
It's said to be a toothpick of miracle.

dance in once of Nail method in Heli.
今日一日頑張れば、エストニアのワークショップ終わります。
エストニアでの最後のワークショップは、今、人気の爪楊枝
ネールメソッドです。
奇跡の爪楊枝とも言われています。
痛みが〜、取れますよう〜。
旧ソ連の捕虜だった男性は、脛の骨が🦴悪かったんですが、
ヘリーの一回のネールメソットで、ダンスに行けるように
なりました。
I'm exerting myself in Estonia.
I think an achievement of Estonian top instructors is wonderful.
Assistant instructors are brought up much every year.
Where do you come from? It's to the extent it's strange every
year.
The female of the embassy has also come to the Japanese
interpretation.

The happiness by which Jomon Shindo is the family and
friend's happiness are related to Estonian development,

エストニアは、周りの人が幸せだと、嬉しいのです。
旧ソ連解放後エストニアは、変わりました。
縄文Shindoが家族の幸せ、友人の幸せがエストニアの発展に繋がっ
て行きますように。

本日認定試験を受ける人たちで、会場は熱気溢れています。
脳障害の先生、学校の先生でまだ若い女性達40人。
魂の美しさが感じられます。
エストニアの未来は明るいですね。

A Shindo assistant Instructor course has started.

receive certificate test today.
The ladies are still young by a teacher with brain
disorder and a teacher at school.
