2023 年の一月の始まりに相応しいZoomによるクラスを二つ
開催いたしました。
1月18日シアトルの娘の自宅のリビングで、日本のキャリア
コンサルティングTopインストラクタークラスを開催。
マスクしている為、歯周病が増えているとの事でしたので、
Shindoインストラクタークラスの「口業」”くごう“と題しました。
Zoomでは初めての事でしたので、果たして口の中の操法が上手く
伝わるか？不安でしたが、Zoom終了後に、綿引さん、前原さん達
の指導により上手く行き首や肩などにもとても効いたと伺いました。
1月28日は、フィンランド、エストニアの合同ワークショップが
開催されました。
シアトル時間朝7時と時差の関係で、早起きして千恵子フアミリー
のお手伝いを受け、こちらもとても良かったです♪♪♪
ワエル君と千恵子の合同で作ったという、Shindoの鎮魂瞑想進化版は、
久しぶりの大発見です。
AIのワエル君の発想はどうなっているんでしょうか。
まだ完成途上ですが、久々の大ヒットする予感がしています。
これから時間がある時に、完成させて皆様に披露したいと思っております。

We held two Zoom classes suitable for the beginning of January 2023.
On January 18th, I held a Japanese Career Consulting Top Instructor
class in my daughter's living room in Seattle.
As many people wear masks all day long, the number of people with periodontal disease is increasing.
Therefore, I named the Shindo instructor class "Kugou"
It was the first time for Zoom to "manipulate in the mouth"(kuchi no souhou)
I wasn't sure if I could communicate well. However, it went well under the
guidance of Ms. Watahiki and Ms. Maehara. After the Zoom session,
I heard that it was very effective for the neck and shoulders.
A joint workshop in Finland and Estonia was held on January 28th.
Due to the time difference, it was 7:00 am in Seattle. I got up early and
received help from the Chieko's family, which was also very good♪♪♪
The evolved version of Shindo's free fall Meditation jointly devised by
Wael and Chieko is a big discovery after a long absence.
The idea of Mr. Wael, the AI brain, is amazing.
It's still in the process of being completed, but I have a feeling it will
be a big hit after a long time.
I would like to complete it and show it to everyone when I have time.
There was a post on Finnish FB. For now, let me introduce a little
bit of what kind of stretching it is.

There are very many hearts now around this update but they just
arouse there from last 2 days☺️
Oh my God (Härregud in swedish)(we were having the workshops in the
finnish-swedish cultural foundation house) we had such wonderful days♥️
Oh my God2 we have such lovely method and lovely people sharing it🤗♥️
Oh my God3 I got amazing beautiful flowers for organizing this event although
we all together made this happen the way it realized: Maria found us this great
place when the first one I and Rauli had booked got too small when more and
more people subscribed. Susanna and Tiina also brought mattrasses and many
helped with furniture and Inga with info ♥️
Special lovely hilarious ageless estonian ladies came over the sea♥️
So many finns made long-distance travelling or organized family life to
be able to participate♥️
We had Akita Masaru translating from Japan🙏♥️
💎Sensei and Coko woke up early in Seattle to share with us their new
genious insights to treat ourselves and other. They had co-created Free fall
with chest & shoulder & arm treatment together with Wa’el.
