インストラクターになってすでに10年経っている方


もいらっしゃいます。


❤1人は娘と一緒に来て、彼女は友達を連れてきました。


🧡Shindoは、私たちをリラックスさせてくれてうれしい
です。


私たちはウクライナの人々が悲しみが伝わって来ます。😪


私たちは心配しています。そしてロシアに怒っています。


今晩は、毎週木曜日のShindoクラスをして,幸せでした。

We are happy to have shindo to relax.


We are sad and sorry for Ukrainan people 😪


we are worried and angry for Russia.


This evening, as every thursday, was happy together.

ゼレンスキー大統領速報。

【3月4日 AFP】ウクライナのウォロディミル・ゼレンスキー（Volodymyr


Zelensky）大統領は3日、ロシアがウクライナを制圧すれば、


次はラトビア、リトアニア、エストニアのバルト3国にも侵攻


する恐れがあるとして、欧米諸国に対し、ウクライナへの軍事


支援を強化するよう訴えた。


　ゼレンスキー氏は記者会見で、「空を封鎖する力がないのなら、


戦闘機をくれ」と要請。


ウクライナが陥落すれば、「次はラトビア、リトアニア、エストニア


だ」と警告した。

8日は、頭の中から体までフル回転しました。

ウクライナだけではなく、ロシアが今後何をしでかすか？

エストニア人が日本へ来れるように、受け入れ先を今から

おさえておきたいので、走り回りました。

”志らくの湯“の柳平さんが、エストニア人の宿舎受け入れ

をご了承頂きました。



柳平さんは大阪でもウクライナ人の受け入れをされてい

ました。


ウクライナのニュースは、心臓が強くないと見ていられない

ほど残酷ですね。

今できることで国連に人道支援を致しました。

本日振り込みに行きました。

悲しんでばかりでなく、行動することですね。

[March 4th AFP] Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky 

said on the 3rd that if Russia conquers Ukraine, it could 

invade the three Baltic states of Latvia, Lithuania and 

Estonia. 

He urged countries to strengthen their military support 

for Ukraine.


At a press conference, Mr. Zelensky asked, "If you don't 

have the power to block the sky, give me a fighter." 

If Ukraine falls, it warns that "the next is Latvia, 

Lithuania and Estonia."

On the 8th, my head and body were at full capacity.

ありがとう、私は毎日あなたに手紙を書くつもりです。

あなたは日本でどうですか？

何が起こっているのかは信じられないほどです。

最後の最後まで、それが起こらないことを望んでいました。

 一部の人々は恐れており、半分は私たちが安全だと思って

います。

2日前に行って、ピーター、私たちはヘリナ（Sindoインストラクター）

の誕生日のためにスペインに来ました🎉


今日は一緒にストレッチしてShindoクラスを作る計画です。

少なくとも毎月Shindoのインストラクターと会い、セラピー

を共有し、ストレッチングクラスを行い、何が起こっている

かを共有します。

 私たちはあと数日スペインにいます。

それから、いつ、どのように戻って、今エストニアで安全で

あるかを見てみましょう。

 私は日本ですべてが良いことを願っています。

Thank you, I mean to write to you every day, how are you 

in Japan?

what's going on is incredible, until the last minute I was 

hoping it couldn't happen. Some people are afraid and 

half think we are safe

it is definitely time for change and old fears are coming 

from the bottom up.🥲

2 days ago, go and Peter, we came to Spain for Helina 

(who is a shindo instructor) birthday 🎉

Today, the plan is to stretch together and make Shind.

We meet with Shindo instructors at least every month .

and share therapy, do stretching classes and share what's 

going on.

we are in Spain for a few more days, then let's see how and 

when back, it is safe in Estonia right now.
