「縄文にハマる人々」山岡信貴監督との出会いは、三鷹反転住宅の
長屋の廊下でした。
2階の隣同士でしたので時折廊下で立ち話していて、縄文のスタート
アップになった次第です。

ドキュメンタリー制作って細々した用事が次々と出てきて、こんな
に大変だとは思いませんでした。


北欧から帰って来てからホテルの予約、必要経費やインタビューする
方のプロフィールなどの原稿をディレクターに送りました。
スケジュールの予定を立てるのに、一か月の月日を費やしました。


後は日本での質問事項を待つだけになり、ほっとしています。
山岡さんのご苦労が身に沁みて分かりました。

福岡のインタビュを終えて直ぐに三鷹天命反転住宅の本間桃世
社長をインタビューさせて頂き、引き続き山岡監督のインタビュー
になりました。

荒川修作さんの一脱した天才がこのドキュメンタリーに登場！
この時間ができた事で、ドキュメンタリーが一層価値あるものになり
そうです。

フィンランドドキュメンタリーチームの方々が、日本の旅を快適に
過ごせて頂けるよう頑張っています。

が参加しました。

I met Director Yamaoka Nobutaka, who is known for being 

obsessed with the Jomon period, in the hallway of the 

Mitaka Reversible Destiny Lots. 

We were neighbors on the second floor, so we would 

occasionally chat in the hallway, and that's how Jomon began. 

I never thought that documentary production would be so 

difficult, with all the little things that came up one after another. 

After returning from Northern Europe, I sent the director a 

manuscript with hotel reservations, necessary expenses,

 and profiles of the people I was going to interview. 

It took me a month to plan the schedule.

 Now I just have to wait for the questions I'll be asked in Japan, 

and I'm relieved. I really understand how hard Mr. Yamaoka 

has worked. Immediately after finishing the interview in Fukuoka, 

I interviewed Momoyo Homma, the president of Mitaka Reversible 

Destiny Lots, and then I interviewed Director Yamaoka. 

Arakawa Shusaku's genius appears in this documentary! 

I think that having this time will make the documentary even more 

valuable. The Finnish documentary team is working hard to 

make your trip to Japan a comfortable one.

フィンランドドキュメンタリーの日本撮影隊が11月25日〜

12月9日まで日本滞在します。

福岡、東京でインタビューする人たちも出揃いました。


35年前からの応援して頂いたTop ビジネスマンの方達は、

ほとんどが亡くなっていて、ご健在だったら、フィンランド

ドキュメンタリーの国営放送の制作を喜んでくださったと

思うのですが。


心導スタートアップの福岡にいる頃は私も40代でした。
福岡時代の友人達もまだ若くて、その中でも佐賀の

井手住職は当時30代、現在68才ですので,今回の

インタビューに間に合いました。

わたしのルーツである佐賀の龍造寺は井手住職の

ルーツと同じ流れというご縁もあり、また私が

福岡でヒーラーになって直ぐ頃に、霊能者の
高田先生からご紹介して頂き、それ以来の友人

でもあります。

インタビューに応じて頂いたんですが、「倉富さん、

僕は袈裟を着てきませんよ。倉富さんのやられている事は、

前衛ヒーラー・ガールで、そこの所が何んなのかわから

ない人達に、一言お話しします。」と言われており
ます。


“ジーンズでご登場くださって良いですよ”と申し上げ

ました(笑)

A Japanese film crew for a Finnish documentary will 

be in Japan from November 25th to December 9th. 

The people to be interviewed in Fukuoka and Tokyo 

have been lined up. 

Most of the top businessmen who have supported 

us for the past 35 years have passed away, but if 

they were still alive, I think they would have been 

happy to see a Finnish documentary 

being produced by national broadcasting. 

I was in my 40s when I was in Fukuoka working at 

Shindo Startup. 

My friends from my time in Fukuoka were still young, 

and among them, the head priest Ide of Saga was 

in his 30s at the time and is now 68 years old, so I 

was able to make it in time for this interview.

He agreed to an interview and said, "Kuratomi-san,
I won't be wearing a robe.
What I do is an avant-garde healer girl,
and I'd like to say a few words to those who don't 

know what that is."


I told him, "You can show up in jeans" (laughs).

世界の若者達の抱える大問題A major problem facing young people around the world.

「縄文心導」フィンランドドキュメンタリーの目的は、若者の薬物や

タバコへの依存を予防する事を目的とした財団から資金提供を受けて

痛み止めの「オピオイドクライシス」危！

アメリカだけでなく世界の若者達の抱える大問題。

　“べン、イズ、バック”
ジュリア、ロバーツ主演で映画化されています。

アメリカで問題になっている、痛み止めの「オピオイドクライシス」を

医者から飲まされ続けて、中毒患者になった息子を救おうとする、母親

の愛を描いています。

 

アメリカでは社会問題になっています。

少子化が問題になっている時代に、この世に生を受けてもアメリカには、

沢山のドラック中毒患者の若者がいます。

 少年は「安心出来て、愛されて、命がみなぎる感じ、たとえ母さんでも

そんな気持ちには出来ない」

 

薬を飲むと多幸感、喜びをコントロールする所が刺激され、一時的に

幸福感を感じます、息子からそんなことを言われた母親はショツク！

ですね。

 

世界の沢山の中毒患者さんを見てきましたので、これからお母さん

になる女性のために今年始めのワークショップは、薬を安易に与えない。

The "opioid crisis" of painkillers is dangerous!


It's a big problem for young people not only in America 

but all over the world.


"Ben Is Back"


It has been made into a movie starring Julia Roberts.


It depicts the love of a mother who tries to save her son 

who has become addicted to painkillers after being forced to 

take them by a doctor due to the "opioid crisis" that is a 

problem in America.


It has become a social problem in America.


Even though they are born in this world in an era when 

the declining birthrate is a problem, there are many young 

people in America who are addicted to drugs.


The boy said, "I feel safe, loved, and full of life. Even my 

mother can't make me feel that way."


When I take drugs, the part that controls my happiness 

and euphoria is stimulated, and I feel a temporary sense of 

happiness. It's a shock for a mother to hear that from her son!


I have seen many addicted patients in America, so the workshop

 at the beginning of this year for women who will become 

mothers is not to give drugs easily.


The Finnish documentary "Jomon Shindo" is funded by a 

foundation whose goal is to prevent drug and tobacco 

addiction among young people.


The slogan is "We want to feel the beauty of Jomon pottery, 

full of the power of life, in this present age."

 

 

縄文発、産後の肥満と腰痛改善Improve postpartum obesity and back pain

日本の倉富縄文心導協会の勉強会に参加しました。

エストニア、フィンランドから帰国してから、調子
良かったんですが、ドキュメンタリーの事務仕事で
朝から晩までコンピューターに向かっていて、おまけ
にこの夏の猛暑日で、クーラー病に。

仕事に夢中になって、体が冷え込んで足指が冷たく
なっていたり、秋めいて来た今日この頃になり、今ひとつ
調子が戻りません。


インストラクターの1人が産後9ヶ月、体重も増えたままで
腰痛を訴えていたので、蹲踞ストレッチでお産で緩んだ股関節
を整えて上げました。

股関節の歪みを治さないと肥満は中々治りません。

男性の場合の肥満は左右の足首の開きも関係しています。

屈筋を調整してあげることが大事です。

私自身も経験があるので、産後の肥満の苦しみは良く分かります。
赤ちゃんがウロウロして、思う様にストレッチも出来ずです。


お布団の中で出来て、赤ちゃんもお母さんの体の上に乗って
来て、柔らかくその心地よい重みがなんとも気持ちよく、蹲踞
ストレッチを助けてくれます。

昨日はインストラクター勉強会で久しぶりにお会いできて
嬉しかったです。
家に帰ってからもストレッチをしながらゆっくり横になっ
たら、とても癒されました。だいぶ腰の痛みが減って来
ました。


抱っこできるようになって良かったです。
倉富先生のサポートの姿を見て、最近の私がいかに凝り固まっ
ていたか(体も考え方も)気付くことができました。


今朝、たすきを引っ張り出してストレッチしていたら、
子どもが乗って来て、良い圧がかかりました。


ストレッチも自由に子どもと楽しみたいと思います。

I participated in a study session by the Kuratomi Jomon 

Shindo Association in Japan.


I had been feeling good since I returned from Estonia and 

Finland, but I was working on a documentary from morning 

to night on the computer, and on top of that, I got air 

conditioner sickness during the extremely hot summer days.


I was so absorbed in my work that my body got cold and my 

toes got cold, and now that autumn is here, I'm not feeling well.


One of the instructors was complaining of back pain nine 

months after giving birth and still had weight, so I did squat 

stretches to straighten out her hip joints that had loosened 

during childbirth.


I've experienced it myself, so I know the pain of postpartum 

obesity well.
The baby was moving around, so I couldn't stretch as I 

wanted.


I was able to do it in bed, and the baby was on top of the 

mother's body, and the soft, comfortable weight was very 

comfortable and helped me with squat stretches.


I received a thank you email.

I was happy to meet you yesterday at the instructor study group.


After I got home, I lay down and stretched, and it was 

very soothing.


The pain in my lower back has subsided a lot.


I'm glad I can hold my baby now.


Seeing Kuratomi-sensei's support made me realize how 

stiff I've been (both my body and my way of thinking) lately.


This morning, when I pulled out my sash and was stretching, 

my child jumped on me, and I got a good amount of pressure.


I'd like to enjoy stretching freely with my child.
