測位衛星信号サーチは、サーチ基準周波数（ｆｏ）を中心としてサーチ周波数を上下に振幅を増やしつつ切り換えてサーチする。

The width of change in the search frequency is determined based on the frequency range that can be monitored by one search.
サーチ周波数の変化幅は、一回のサーチでモニタできる周波数範囲により決定される。

When the search frequency reaches the search range (Δf), the search frequency is reset to the reference frequency and then the frequency is switched between an upper frequency and a lower frequency to perform search.
サーチ周波数がサーチ範囲（Δｆ）に達すると、再度サーチ周波数を基準周波数に引き戻して上下に周波数を振りながらサーチを行う。
