AM０４：３９　５０分歩いた。昨日はPM9時に寝たから早く起きた。

AM０６：１１　洗濯完了。

AM０７：０１　アイスクリームを買ってきた。白くまくん。

　　　　　　　日曜の午後のｓｅｋａｏｗａのラジオをタイムフリーで聞いた。

ＡＭ０７：５４　３０分祈りました。

　　　　　　　　昼の弁当食べよう。「焼肉弁当」（納豆）（サラダ）

　　　　　　　　眠むたぁ～。

　　　　　　　　休みにしようかなぁ。
