アヴィーノラボラトリオナポレターノと、これまた長いネーミングのブランドですが、その実力たるものは、
イタリアのサルト、リベラーノリベラーノやイザイアなどのシャツを一手に引き受けている実力派なんです。

裁断から最後の仕上げまで一貫して自社工場で行っておりまして、特に裁断に関しては、繊細に行われておりまして
シャツ自身を立体的に仕上げております。

From cutting to final finishing, we consistently do it in our own factory.
The shirt itself is three-dimensionally finished.

The important part of shirt making is done by hand finishing (hand sewing),
こちらの身頃とお襟を繋ぐ縫製も手仕事になります。
The sewing of this bodice and collar is also handwork.
脇のガゼットも手縫いになります。
The side gussets are also hand sewn.
ボタン付けも手縫いのボタン付け。
おかげでボタンを留めるのもすごく留めやすいです。

シャツの着心地の重要な箇所、お袖付もご覧の様に手縫いになります。
As you can see, the important parts of the shirt that are comfortable to wear, such as the sleeves, are sewn by hand.
着用されますと、手縫いの証の丁寧ないせ込みが演出されております。

立体的な作りの一つのお袖付なども、ご覧の様に前振袖となっております。
通常のシャツの縫製の場合、身頃からお袖まで一気に縫い上げるのですが、アヴィーノでは身頃は身頃で縫い上げまして
お袖はお袖で縫い上げまして、最終的に前に捻って縫製しております。
（重要な箇所はハンド仕上げになります。）
人間工学に基づきました縫製技術ですね。
