自由の森学園の娘の先輩の飯能のレストランへ行きました。
古い民家の「ぽれ ぽれ』レストランは、
南アフリカの、「ゆっくり、自由に」という意味です。
この意味の感覚は、今私が必要にしているものでした。
この店のオーナーのサラダのレシピは、今までに食べたことがない
新鮮なお味が爽やかでした。
それもそのはず、シェフのご夫婦は、世界一周のグルメの旅行から
帰国したところでありました。
6年の旅行の間に3回全財産盗まれ、それは混乱させられたけれども、
その土地の人から救わました。
深い愛情をレシピの皿に守りながら、今も感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
お客様が「美味しい！」」と言われた時に「ありがとう〜！」という
コミニュケーションで、幸せな世界を引き起こすことができるであろう
考えています。
