旧市街にあるエベリンハウスは自宅を解放したレストランです。
パン作りのアクティビスト(運動家)と表現させて頂きます。
自然な環境で瞑想しながらパン作りをされています。
赤ちゃんを抱いた母親や、パンを抱く素敵なエベリンの本の写真を見て
下さい。
エストニア元大統領夫人でしたので、有力者と沢山お会いになられてい
ますので、他に何かあったと思いますが、彼女が後に選択した道は、
原始的なもの。
レストランでは下仕事も全部ご自分でされていて、24時間労働されてい
ました。ご本人は寝ている時も想像していると。
地元の農家の👩🌾発展のために、尽力をされています。
Shidoメンバーの為に用事を切り上げられ、ギリシャから帰られて、
お迎へいただきました。
私が初めてエベリンとお会いしたのは10前エストニア大統領官邸でした。
ヒーリングにお伺いした時に、軽食にチーズサンドを出されました。
チーズは苦手だと思い、食べない訳にはいかず、一口食べたら意外にも
美味しくて、それからチーズを食べれるようになりました。
女医さんだったエベリンが、シェフに変身された訳が分かりますね。
前菜のサラダとスープのいいお味に、感動❣️
最後のデザートはお腹いっぱいだと思いながらも、お代わりしたい位
美味しかったです。
