縄文土器が出た能ヶ谷縄文畑に来ています。
1、600年前に天竺から渡来して来られました子孫の畑塾
に参加しました。
「倉富」と書かれた畑には、トマト、シシトウ、キューリ、
ピーマンなどなど。
畑を耕しながら、Shindoのメロディアンストレッチと同じ
方法だあ〜、縄文人がいる〜。(笑)
息を吸って〜、息を吐いて〜。
体をシェイクして〜。
土を耕して〜。
盛り上げて〜。
寝かせます〜。
そんな風景を感じながら、汗を流して💦スッキリ！
A purification ceremony is being done in the Nougaya
valley Jomon field.
