花粉症が酷く出て孫の赤ちゃん達の世話で鼻水ダラダラ

になってます。

花粉症の対処法を教えてください。
四月まで休みなく頑張る事になってます。

細くしたタスキがけを鼻の穴に差し込んで下さい。

時間は何分でもいいです。
タスキの先にビニールのゴムカバーしてくださいね
電車の中でもマスクの下に小さなタスキを
鼻穴に差し込んでいれば、くしゃみ🤧も出ません。

タコ糸

ハンカチをねじり込🪢んで、タコ糸でしばります。
