新型コロナウイルスに関する厚生労働省の新集計で、ワクチンを未
接種の人より2回接種済みの人の方が陽性者になる確率が高くなった
とのデータが示された。同省が外部からの指摘を受けて「未接種者」
の集計方法を見直したのをきっかけに、40～49歳など約半分の世代
で逆転現象が明らかになった。政策決定に関わる基礎データの一つ
だけに、専門家からは「なぜ接種者の方が感染しやすいのか国は詳細
を調べて公表すべきだ」との声が出ている。
この逆転現象は、5月11日に厚労省の専門家会議「新型コロナウイルス
感染症対策アドバイザリーボード」に提出された資料で明らかになった。
この会議はほぼ毎週開かれ、同省がワクチン接種歴別に新規陽性者数を
とりまとめた資料を提出するのが習わしになってきた。
5月11日の資料によると、4月11～17日に40～49歳、60～64歳、
65～69歳、70～79歳の各世代で、ワクチンを2回接種した人10万人
当たりの新規陽性者数が、未接種の人10万人当たりの新規陽性者数を
上回った。30～39歳はほぼ同等だった。
4月18～24日には30～39歳でも、2回接種者の新規陽性者数が未
接種者のそれを上回った。
その後、直近の5月25日までに報告された週次データでもほぼ同様の
傾向が明らかになっている。

A new Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare data on the
new coronavirus shows that people who have been vaccinated
twice are more likely to be positive than those who have not
been vaccinated. The reversa phenomenon became clear
in about half of the generations, such as those aged 40 to 49,
when the ministry reviewed the method of counting "uninoculated persons"
in response to external comments. Only one of the basic data
related to policy making is that experts say, "The country should
investigate and publish the details of why inoculators are more
susceptible to infection."
This reversal phenomenon was clarified in the material submitted
to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's expert meeting
"New Coronavirus Infectious Disease Control Advisory Board"
on May 11. The meeting is held almost every week, and it has
become customary for the ministry to submit a document
summarizing the number of new positives by vaccination history.
According to the data on May 11th, per 100,000 people who were
vaccinated twice in each generation of 40-49 years old,
60-64 years old, 65-69 years old, 70-79 years old on April 11th
to 17th. The number of new positives in Japan exceeded the
number of new positives per 100,000 unvaccinated people.
The ages of 30-39 were about the same.
On April 18-24, even at the age of 30-39, the number of new
positives for double vaccinations exceeded that for non-vaccinateds.
Since then, weekly data reported by the latest May 25 have
revealed a similar trend.
