屋久島に来て半月経ちました。
屋久島は雨が多く、自然環境は厳しいのですが、水がきれいですので
飲み水で困ることはありません。
浄水器を取り付けなくても、水道の蛇口をひねれば、美味しい水が出て
いますが、私たちは湧き水を汲んできて飲んでいます。
温泉も海中温泉♨️や、大昔からある町内の温泉に行っていますが、
母娘同士で互いに綺麗になったねと、珍しく褒めあっています(笑)
屋久島の自然環境は特別健康の為にストレッチしたり、食に気をつけ
たりしなくてもいい感じで、過ごせています。
と言いますのも、毎日時間に追われ忙しくて、時間がないのが実情
ですが。
「お婆ちゃん寝る時間ですよ〜、うつ伏せになって下さ〜い」と言って
私の足の裏を踏んでくれるのは、Shindoベイビーのあまやちゃん。
次は足の指回しと、段取り良くやり出しました。
「誰から習ったの？」と聞くと、誰も教えていないのですが、、、
胎内記憶なのか、三つ子の魂100までですね。
2代目Shindoベイビー👶の誕生は、幸せな世界に満ち溢れ
ています。
思い起こせば、Shindoの始まりは、娘の千恵子が２歳半の時に
喘息が始まったのが始まりでした。
いまあまやちゃんは２歳半ですので、ちょうど同じ年頃です。
元気で健康でありますよう、それだけがお孫さんへの願いです。
将来が見えない世界情勢の中にありますが、身も心も軽くして
今できる事に集中しています。
まずは日々健康的な生活を心掛けたいと思います。

It's been half a month since we came to Yakushima. Yakushima
has a lot of rain and the natural environment is harsh,
but the water is clean so you don't have to worry about drinking
water. Even if you don't install a water purifier, you can get delicious
water by twisting the faucet. We draw spring water and drink it.
I also go to the hot springs in the sea ♨️ and the hot springs in
the town that have been around for a long time. It's unusual for
mothers and daughters to praise each other for our beauty (laughs).
The natural environment of Yakushima is such that you don't have
to stretch or pay attention to your food for your health.
The reality is that I am busy with time every day and I don't have
time.
Amaya, a Shindo baby, steps on the soles of my feet saying,
"It's time to sleep, grandma, please lie face down."
Next, she does a good setup by turning my toes.
I asked, "Who did you learn from?" Nobody tells her, but ...
As the boy,so the man. The birth of the second generation
Shindo Baby 👶 is full of happy world.
I remember that Shindo began with her asthma when
my daughter Chieko was two and a half years old.
Amaya is two and a half years old now, so she's about the
same age.
May she be fine and healthy. That is the only wish for my
granddaughter.
We are in a world where we cannot see the future, but we
are lightening our bodies and minds and focusing on what
we can do now.
First of all, I would like to try to live a healthy life.
