品質マネジメントだけど、組織での仕掛けが重要なの。形骸化せずに効果を出すには、知識創造を技法で対処するやり方が大切、そんな気がしているの。

で、ココイラの技法をきっちり社内に導入するのって、やはり品質保証部の力量が重要でしょ。だけど、本質を理解していないと、ココも形骸化に・・・。

システムズ・データの技法だけど、こういった仕掛けの基本なの。で、こういった技法は、さらに、この先も展開する、そんなことになるかなーと。

でも，技法って人に依存しているの。例えば、社員さんの研修だけど、仕事で技法を身につけるために講義を受けに来ているのに居眠り、ちょっと、やっぱり、おかしい、そんな気はするのだけど・・・。

まずは、人、きっちり育てる努力をして・・・。逆に、ビジネスって自分も育つし、やはり奥深いの。

故障だけど，起こると厄介でしょ．

例えば，電車だけど，首都圏の通勤時間帯で信号故障が起これば，社会システム全般が混乱して・・・．製品の不具合でリコールが実施されれば，やはり膨大な数の部品交換，そして損失も・・・．そもそも，お客様の生命や財産の危機そのものが許されない，こういった価値観は経営にとって基盤でもあるでしょ．そして，社会システムへの責任は企業の基本的な理念でもあって・・・．

で，何しろ信頼性の問題って重要で，多くの企業さんが懸命に取り組んでいる，という状況でもあるの．で，メーカーであれば徹底的に故障解析と故障物理の解明を行って，機能仕様と同じレベルで設計で対処するのが原則．だけど，不具合って，実際に製品が使われている中でいろいろ起こって・・・．未然防止って難しいの．

で，こういった故障工学？の中で，いろいろ利用できる統計学の手法をまとめてみようか，模索中なの．故障時間の解析は信頼性では基本で，ワイブル分布などを使うのだけど，こういった手法を超えた故障の分析や試験，実験で使える統計解析って有用でしょうよ．

信号処理，周波数分解，空間分析，主成分分析など，要はシステム解析，時系列解析，多変量解析といった統計学を扱ってみようかと・・・．

技術者向けの講義で話すだけなんだけど，まあ，ココイラの統計手法って統一的に理解する見方を知るだけでもお勉強になるかなーと．

確かに，データ・サイエンス，要は統計学だけど，最強でもあるの．と，言うことで，講演の内容はこんなアタリかなー．
