風邪ひきました。
昨日から頭ズキズキ、鼻水ずるずる、声変わりという具合です。
福山から送られて来た白菜でスープを作り、静かに過ごしました。
しばらく風邪を引いていなかったので、「風邪の効用」で細胞が活性化して
来るのを待ちましょう。薬は飲まずにですね。
マナウスで風邪ひいた時のことを思い出し過ごしながら、東京で引く風邪
は大したことないですね。
マナウスの暑さは疲れます。マナウスからサンタナへ行く船に乗り込む頃には、
暑さで具合が悪くなりそうでした。船は満員でハンモックに寝ていて地震が来て
押し潰される夢をみて翌日朝起きたら声が出なくなっていました。
風邪気味でサンタナへ着きましたが、ベレン行きの船が夜の八時を逃すと四日間無
いそうです。四日間もサンタナに留まるのはきついと思いぎりぎりベレン行きの船に
乗り込みましたが満員のハンモックで最後のアマゾン河の船旅を強行いたしました。
夜中冷えたせいで風邪がひどくなり熱も出て来て、こうなったら静かに横になり寝る
しかないと観念しました。
昼間の暑さに参りました夜は寒く吹き込んでくる風が寝ているハンモックに当たり
さすがの私も参りました。
アマゾンの大浄化を受けている事を感じながらジィーと寝込むことにしました。
開高健の「アマゾンを甘くみると、シッペ返しが来る」まさにその通り、ブラジル
の黄熱病の予防注射はしてきましたが、南国の菌の病気はチョット怖いし、船を途中
で降りる事も考えましたが、ここは、抗生物質を飲むしかないと観念し、医務室の看護
師さんから何か解らないけど、それらしきものを貰って飲みました。
食事抜きで、パン一個と水を時々、オレンジジュースで脱水症状にならないように気を
付けて、二日間よく寝た事で、風邪も治まって来ました。

small hours got cold, heat came to have a severe cold, and also came out, and when
I had no choice but to lie down and sleep quietly if it was so, I made up my mind.

overwhelmed by the daytime heat at night when I came, too. Though I found to receive
a big purge in Amazon, I decided to fall asleep with JII. Takeshi Kaikou's, the preventive
