背中の操法(俳句　5,7,5 の動き)

背骨12本の横には7つの内臓の反応点と、肩甲骨下方には、

5つの内臓の反応点があります。

俳句の5、7、5 のリズムと安定持続性が大切です。

俳句の5、7、5は、脳の感覚と運動と一致。

俳句には「俳句の季語はカミである」

小林一茶の表現した世界は、そのカミの世界であると。

俳句では季語が大切であります。

わたしの伯父さんは俳人92歳で、元気でいまも現役で

俳句の先生をしています。

俳句季刊雑誌「菜甲」を出版されていて、第92号に娘

が書いた“『カミ』の国ー屋久島の周波数　”が訂載され

ました。

女流俳人の先生方からも、興味深く読みましたと、好評

頂きました。

少し長いですので、数回に分け抜粋して翻訳した記事を

Seasonal words are important in haiku.

My uncle is a poetof Haiku. At the age of 92, he 

is fine and still active as a haiku teacher.

The quarterly haiku magazine "Nako" has been 

published. "Frequency of the country of God 

Yakushima " written by my daughter was published

 in the quarterly magazine No. 92.


It was well received by the female poet teachers.

It's a little long, so I've translated the article into
