屋久島、福津、福岡の旅を終えて東京へ帰りました。
鶴川の我が家から満月が〜、縄文人になり切れるひと時
に浸りながら、またFBが手違いで機能しなくなりました
ので、文明の利器から解放されて、久しぶりにゆっくり
お休み致しました。
台風が近づいていて、買い物にも行けず、お隣の畑から
お野菜を分けて頂き、ありがたかったです。
ツルムラサキ、オクラ、茄子、ピーマン🫑、ミニトマト
それに発芽玄米があればそれで大丈夫！
しばらくは粗食にして禊ぎに徹します。

After visiting Yakushima, Fukutsu and Fukuoka,
I returned to Tokyo.
I could see the full moon from my home in Tsurukawa,
soaking in the moments of becoming a Jomon person.
FB stopped working due to a mistake, so I was freed from
the convenience of civilization and took a good rest for
the first time in a while.
A typhoon was approaching, so I couldn't go shopping,
but I was grateful that my neighbor shared some vegetables
from his field.
Tsurumurasaki, okra, eggplant, bell peppers, cherry
tomatoes, and sprouted brown rice are fine!
For a while, I will eat a simple meal and devote myself
to purification (Misogi)
Thank you for taking care of everyone in Yakushima
and Fukutsu.
