I went to my favourite restaurant in Tokyo. It is a French restaurant and has three stars of Michelin. Tonight, I invited one of my friends. He said always he did not like French food, therefore I had to show him how tasty French foods were.
Because it was the first time for him to visit the restaurant, we chose a course menu. Unfortunately I remained some, therefore I thought I could not eat a lot... however one of waiters who knows me well said to me. "Madame, you ate really a lot tonight."
I was shocked. Just in case, I repeat; I thought I could not eat a lot tonight... I realised my stomach became much bigger after going to the UK... Now I can drink milk tea that I could not drink before. The chef of the restaurant pointed out my British accent. Maybe I was well Anglicised in all senses thanks to my kind colleagues and friends in the UK!!
It was a very beautiful dinner. My friend said he understood how expensive French foods were tasty. Anyway, I could attain my goal thanks to my favourite restaurant :o).
