鬼滅の刃の1期が終わってしまい放心状態の毎日でしたが、2020年に映画が公開されるそうで、楽しみで仕方がない筆者でございます。
今回は鬼滅の刃の中で重要な役割となる『全集中の呼吸』についてですが、あれ・・・やってみたいですよね。強くなれそうな気もするし、単純に健康にも良さそうです。

【鬼滅の刃】全集中の呼吸とは
鬼滅の刃では色々な種類の呼吸がありますよね。
水の呼吸、雷の呼吸、獣の呼吸、花の呼吸、炎の呼吸・・・などなど。それらの基本中の基本の呼吸法で『全集中の呼吸』がありますが、概要について他サイトより引用させていただきました。
全集中の呼吸の概要
漫画『鬼滅の刃』に登場する、鬼殺隊士達が必須として習得する特殊な呼吸法。
超越生物である人喰い鬼と渡り合ほどの身体能力を得た上で、そこから“型”に沿った必殺の剣術を繰り出すことによって、岩塊よりも硬い頸を斬り落とす。
あくまでも人間が身に付ける“技術”であるため、骨身を削りながら修練を重ねる以外に習得方法はない。
……それはつまり、心身に修練を乗り越える頑健さを備えているのであれば、特別な才能が無くとも習得そのものは可能である事を意味する。

全集中の呼吸のやり方や方法は?
全集中の呼吸の正確なやり方は作中で明かされていませんので、ここでは似た方法を紹介したいと思います。
作中で炭治郎が全集中の呼吸の訓練をしている時、基本的にはゆっくりと呼吸をしようとしていました。瞑想をしたり、胸に手を置いたり・・・
ただ、慣れないと体への負担は大きい・・・基本的には肺活量を鍛えているのだと思います。
これに共通する呼吸法として、
腹式呼吸(横隔膜呼吸)というのがあります。一度は聞かれたことがあるのではないでしょうか?
この呼吸は深い呼吸で行うのですが、瞑想でも行いますし、胸に手を置いてやったりもします。慣れない内は体への負担は大きいです。
なぜなら、人は普段肩を上下させて息をしようとします。または深く呼吸せず、浅い呼吸を基本的にはしています。
胸で呼吸する方法を胸式呼吸といいます。
なので、呼吸で使う筋肉を十分に使えていない人がほとんどです。だから実践しようとすると結構きついのです。
全集中の呼吸と腹式呼吸(横隔膜呼吸)はかなり似ているので、その方法を紹介していきます。
ー基本的な流れー
- 背筋を伸ばして立つ、または座ってください。
- 鼻から息を吸って、お腹を膨らませてください。
- 口から息をハァーと吐いて、膨らんだお腹を元の状態にする。
まずは以上の方法が基本です。
お腹に手を置いて膨らむ感覚を掴んでみたり、胸に手を置いて、胸が上下しないように意識して行ってみてください。
お腹の膨らませ方がイマイチ分からないという方は寝転んで行ってみてください。
その時、お腹にボールや本などの物を置いて、息を吸ったり吐いたりする時にお腹が上下しているのを確認してください。(その感覚を覚える)
以上の方法に慣れてきたら、レベルアップしていきます。ここからはきついです。
ーレベル1ー
- 5秒で鼻から息を吸って、お腹をふくらませる
- 10秒で口から息をハァーと吐ききってください。
※10秒でお腹がぺたんこになる位まで吐ききってください。
これを初めは10呼吸ほど繰り返してください。
慣れてきたら回数を増やしてください。
”吐ききる”というのがとても大切です。これはかなりきついと思います。
吐ききる時に、お腹のおへそらへんに力が入ると思います。その場所を覚えてください。
そこはこの呼吸法で大切な
『丹田(たんでん)』という場所です。恐らく全集中の呼吸でも大切な場所のはず。
これに慣れてきたら、次にもっときつい方法を・・・
ーレベル2ー
- 5秒で鼻から息を吸ってお腹をふくらませる
- 30秒、歯と歯の間からツーと息を細く、強く出してください。この時丹田に力を入れてください。
これを10呼吸、慣れてきたら回数を増やす
細く、強く出すというのが大事です。息の細さは歯と歯の間から糸が出てるようなイメージです。
慣れてくると息を長く吐けるようになります。(筆者は1分くらいです)
以上の方法に加え、作中ではひょうたんを破裂される訓練も行っていましたので、それに似た方法を紹介します。
