産休明けました。
ミドルインストラクタークラスの認定試験がありました。
産休明けの真由美さんは、１年ぶりの職場復帰でした。
またご一緒に真由美さんとワークができて嬉しかったです。
日本の縄文心導クラスは皆さん講師含め生徒さんも30代前後という若さで、
新鮮な空気の流れに乗って、試験が終わり、皆さんの笑顔が見られて、
私の方も元気になりました。
認定試験が今月は2回もありましたが、レベルが皆さん上がっていますね。
縄文心導セクションに引き抜きたい人もいました。（笑）
何故でしょう！。
“人の間”という感覚を掴むことが出来るから仕事も出来る、ヒーリングも
出来る、共通しています。
インストラクターも若い人が多いので、産休でお休みする人が増えてきま
した。
代わりのインストラクターが、成長するチャンスでもあります。
産休明けでもポディションは前のまま用意されていて、安心して復帰できま
した。
みんなで助け合いながら、日本のキャリアウーマンの道も北欧並みに開かれて
来ていますね。

There was certificate test in a middle instructor class.
Mayumi after maternity leave was return to work in １yer after.
A Japanese Jomon Shindo class is the youth by lecturer inclusion student
calls everyone the context of 30years, too.
After a test takes a fresh aerial flow, and ends, and everyone's smiling face
is seen.
My person became fine, too.
There was also certificate test twice this month, but the level is rising, every
one, isn't it?
Why is it!
Work and the healing which can be done can be done because it's possible to
get a feel as "between person", common.
There were a lot of young people an instructor, too, so the person who will rest
by maternity leave was increasing.
An alternative instructor is also the chance which grows.
By one after maternity leave, perdition is the previous condition.
The working woman's Japanese way is opened while cooperating in
everyone, isn't it?
