人間の身体は宇宙の気を受けて、形にして現れています。
望診はその気を読み取る、メーツセージです。
病気の診断ではありません。

都会の一人暮らしの独身もので、カレー、ラーメン好きで毎日の食事になっていると、
これは問題を作ります。
学生時代にスポーツしていた人が社会人になつて急にスポーツをしなくなった人もそう
です。原因不明のうつ病を感じて、不眠症や不安になったりします。
男の肩こりも問題です。
モデルになってくれた若者は、イケメンで背が高く格好良い男性でしたね。モデル３人
分のくらいの結構大変な症状が出ていましたよ。（笑）
今は物質的にも恵まれ、医療も世界トップと言われている日本ですが、生活者の感覚から
みた健康は、飽和状態に来ていますね。
普通の人の生活の知恵みたいなもので、人が必要としているもが、社会に出てこなかった。
自分の体は自分で守る、一見なんでもない経験や知恵で人の役に立つ。
東洋医学とか難しく考えないことも、自分でそれが人のお役に立つ知識や経験だと自覚して、
友人同士で会社の組織の仲間同士で、
一人で悩んでいる若者の手助けになればと思います。
