"応援する人、される人”Be a supported person"

サンデェゴから帰って一息着いていたところ、一冊の本が送られて来ました。

「応援される人になりなさい」室館勲著　ワック株式会社

青い表紙一色のこの本は、サンデェゴの青い空と同じ色で、若さに溢れ私に息を

吹き込みました。






見開きには

「私は人材教育を事業とする会社の経営をしています。

勉強しに来てくれる人たちの多くは、大学生や二十代の社会人」

自分を磨いて、人の役に立ちたい！」と、立派な志を抱いて集ま

って来ている人たちです。

そのように頑張っている若者を見ると、私もなんとかして”応援した

い”という気持ちにさせられます。」

UCサンデェゴ大学の娘の卒業式で若者たちに出会いました。

日本以外のアジア圏からの留学生が多くいて、真剣に勉強していた

ので、日本も負けていられないぞ〜、と少し心配になっていましたが。


この大学の大学院には東大卒の学生が多くいて、娘もその中で一緒

に生活したりしていて、良い刺激を受けたそうです。

ノーベル賞をとる人が多くいて、しかしそれだけでなく、今年の生徒

総代は小学二年生までしか学校に行っっていない男性が祝辞を立派に

述べました。この総代とダブったのが、室館氏。

室館勲氏も日本の現代の若者の総代です。

「高校卒業後に東京に出て裸一貫・・・、取り柄といえば行動力と健康だけ。

ここまでやってこれたのは周りの人たちの応援があってこそです。」

教育の一環に縄文ストレッチ健康道場を入れ込まれていて、私は顧問として

キャリアの若者たちに教えていますが、会社内が礼儀正しく明るいので、若者

たちにお会いするのが、楽しみなのです。

なぜこんなことができるのか？室館さんの根底には、自分を通じて深い愛が若者

に対してあるからだという事を感じます。

この数年で応援していただいた先輩方が次々と逝かれてしまいました。

私もそういう年齢に来ているんですね。

この本を読んで、これからは”応援する人”にならければと、心を新た

にしました。

and the people who have come.
I can make the feeling that I say" I'd like to support." assume somehow that the young people
exerting oneself this are seen, too.".

I met the young by daughter's graduation ceremony of a UC SANDEEGO university.
I became a little worried there were many students studying abroad from Asia area besides Japan,
and I was studying seriously, so that Japan isn't also discounted-.

A graduate school of this university has many students graduated from the University of Tokyo,
and my daughter is living together in it, too, and it's said that they received a good stimulus.
There are many people who get Nobel prize, and, but, there is line at school only to an elementary
school second year student for a student representative of this year as well as that, a man congratulated wonderfully.

Murodate Isao is young people's Japanese present-day representative, too, isn't he?
"As I'm healthy with an energy when going out to Tokyo after high school graduation and saying nude
consistency... and the merit. It's after there is support of people around, that they could come here."

You're crazy, and I'm telling a Jomon stretch healthy school to the young of a carrier as an advisor in an educational part, but it's civil and cheerful in the company, so it's pleasant to meet the young.
Why is this made? The deep love which is to the extent a soul can be penetrated in the root of Mr. Murodate.
It's felt that it's because it's here to young people.

The superiors who supported died of these several years one after another. 、
I have come to such age, too.
If it's in" the person who supports" now, I kick, the heart was made new.
