「はね」ははねるところで、いったん筆を止め、半円を描くように押し上げはねます。線の後半部分で、筆の表裏が入れ替わり筆先が先になります。
頑張って練習してください。
私も今年の目標「書譜」の全臨 ２回 頑張っていますから。
古典を何度も、何度も臨書して、いつか自分の物にしたいです。

The second stroke has a flair on the end of the stroke. Where the stroke flairs up, stop for a moment, Rotate the bristles of your brush to the opposite side while you are drawing a semi-circle lifting up the tip of the brush from the paper.
