縁起の流動とその通訳 Foretoken dynamic fluency and its interpretation

死者と交流できる場所として

知られている霊場恐山

Known as a sacred mountain which is called Osorezan

The place where can interact with deceased

日本青森県むつ市にある菩提寺に行ってきた

I visited Bodaiji in Mutsu City, Aomori Prefecture in Japan

去年の8月に恐山に行くべきである妙な気がしてから

Since I felt something odd that I should go to the Osorezan last August

実行するのに1年がかかった

And it took one year to execute

恐山に泊まった3泊4日の間

During 4days and 3nights staying at Osorezan

何故に私が恐山に行くべきだという気になってたか

その疑問の答えを見つけた

I found the answers for the questions

-why have I felt that should go there

菩提寺院代の南直哉師は

Minami Jikisai who is Deputy of Bodaiji

『縁起は既に存在している

人間のかかわりによってそれが明らかになる』と言った

Said that 『Foretoken already exists

-and it becomes clear by human relevancy』

そのことを今回の21日間の日本滞在で検証できた

I could verify what he said during this 21 days staying in Japan

全ては決まっていたのだ

Everything was decided

だが、その縁起の流動に入るか入れないかは

However, whether can get inside to the dynamic fluency of Foretoken or not

縁起が発する声を聞けるか聞けないかによる

-depending on how can listen to the voice which emitted by foretoken

その縁起が発する声は

The emitted voice of foretoken

人間が使用する言語を持っていないため

感覚を極限まで澄ましていないと

聞くことはできない

Human can’t listen its voice unless make sensors extremely clear

because of it does not have a language which humankind using

人類が使う言語は

The language which humankind using

気候や風土による地域性に影響されるのだが

It is influenced by regional factors

-such as natural features and specific climate

人間の人為的な力では動かすことのできない縁起は

The foretoken that cannot be moved by humankind’s artificial energy

縁起自体が持つ慣性法則を持っているかも知れない

Maybe foretoken owns its own Inertia law

この21日間の日本滞在日程で

In this 21 days schedule staying in Japan

私は坐禅が切っ掛けで知り合った人々に直接会ってきた

I have met with people face to face who became to know

-through Zazen related and motivated with it

縁起の声を人間のことばで通訳したかったからだ

I met them because I wanted to interpret the foretoken voice

-into human languages

しかし、通訳できたとしても

But even if I can interpreter it

それが正しいかを検証する判断基準は存在しないので

-since there is no criterion for verifying whether it is accurate or not

正誤の尺度は使えない

-so, can’t be used measurement which true or false

南師が言うように縁起は既に存在しているならば

Like Minami says if there existed foretoken already

確かめることにより明かすことはできる

It can be revealed by confirmation

その縁起とは

The foretoken means

ある特定の瞬間に

At a specific moment

ある特定の人と

With a specific person

確固たる因果で

With a solid cause and effect

何故に

Why

その瞬間に

At that moment

その人と

With that person

ある言語を使い

By using a language

あることを話すのかが

Talking about a thing which

明らかになる―その力動のことであろう

Can get clear-it will be the energy force 

魂の住所-連絡先Soul address-Contact code

魂はどこから生まれるのだろう

Where does soul to be born?

もしかしてPerhaps

生と死の境界点、その挟間に

The border point of life and death, at the between

点として既に存在していただろうか

Soul could be existed already there as a point

生を受け身で生きていると

While live a life as a passive form

その点は線の部分になって

Those points become a part of a line

線を引く動線を表すだけのように見えるが

It looks like a flow line which represented by drawing lines

その線に限界まで近づき

-when get closer to the line until the limit

拡大していくと

-and as getting magnified it

線は点と点が連続している動線にすぎないと分かる

Can find that those lines are merely a flow line

-which consisted with continuous points

その点に気づく瞬間に

At that moment when realized those points

魂が生まれ始めるかも知れない

-the soul might be ready to be born

生きるか死ぬかの境界線に生きる者は

The one who lives on a border line live or die

生まれる魂を宿った妊婦だろうか

-would be a pregnant who dwells a soul to be born

死のうとした者は

The one who tried to die

魂が処女や童貞のように

純潔なままの状態を保ちたかっただろう

-would have wanted to stay in virginities of soul

-like a virgin has it

死のうとした者が

The one who tried to die

生きようと決めた瞬間

-when the one decided to live

死のうとしたことを死として看做し

-the one regarded that tried-die was a death

生を生き始める

-and begins to live

その生を全うしようと決め

Deciding to fulfil one’s given life

生を実行すると

As executing living the life  

魂を生めるようになるだろう

Would be able to give a birth of the soul

魂が生まれる瞬間は

The moment when a soul be born

苦痛を伴い

It brings with pains

自我が生きるか

魂が生きるかの臨界期を迎える

It faces a critical period that

-whether ego-survive or soul-survive

やがて生まれた魂は

Before long, the new born soul

全ての殻を破り

-breaking all shells

360°の光を発光し始める

It begins to be emitting its light with 360 angles

その360°の光が

The light which has 360 angles

魂が生きる住所であり

It is the address where a soul lives

生まれた本籍地になっていく

It becomes a permanent domicile where it was born

魂が生まれると

As a soul be born

魂からの声を発するようになり

the soul begins to emanate a voice from its own

その声に耳を傾けると

When listens with ears on the voices

特定の自我を超えるようになる

It can make cross over a specific ego

魂が個人の自我の限界を超えるようになれば

If an ego can go beyond its individual limitation

魂同士の交信ができるようになるだろう

It can lead to be able to telecommunicate with souls

 

本鬼-被り鬼-最終決Phantom-Phantom masquerade-Final decision

私は鬼であった

I was a phantom

鬼でないと人間界で生きることはできなかった

If not a phantom, I could not live in human world

私の鬼は

The phantom of me

怒りで燃える炎であって

It was a flame that ignites with anger

哀しみを切り倒す剣を持っていた

It had a blade to chop down sorrow

その剣で

With that blade

無感覚をえぐり抜き出し

Hollowed out a numbness

心の鎧を切り倒し

Chopped out mental armor

目にへばりついていた重い瞼を切り離した

It detached heavy eyelids that had been stacked on my eyes

怒りの炎は

The anger flame was

恨みを燃やし

Ignited pique

憎しみを燃やし

Ignited hated

無関係も燃やした

It also ignited irrelevant

孤独な独りよがりも燃やした

It also ignited solitude that solo satisfied

私が鬼でいられたのは

I could have been as a phantom because

私の鬼が

人間を殺さないように

守ってくれたエンマ大王がいたからだ

The phantom of me was protected by Raja the great

And he taught the phantom not to kill human beings 

そのエンマ大王は

私の鬼を救い

人間被りの鬼も救った

Raja the great saved my phantom

Also, he saved other masqueraded phantoms  

その縁魔界での戦いは終わった

The conflict in a raja deity was over

その縁魔が人間界にいられる期限が切れてきたからだ

Because Raja the Great staying in human world is getting to expired

そのエンマ大王が縁魔界に行ってしまったら

If Raja the great would gone to his kingdom

私の鬼もエンマ大王魔につられて

縁魔界に消えて行ってほしい

I wish he takes my phantom to his kingdom

So, my phantom could be gone with him

私の鬼を見送ることができたら

If I could see off my phantom

人間として生き

I could live as a human

人間の期限が切れたら

When my staying expired as a human

エンマ大王が戻った縁魔界に戻り

Returning to his kingdom where he would be there

そのエンマ大王にまた会いたい…

I want to see him again…

 

可動-始動その終動Mobile-Onset its Demise

もし、私が明日死ぬのなら

If I die tomorrow

私は今日何をするのだろうか

What will I do today?

遺言を書き

Would I write a testament?

価値のあるものを身内にあげるだろうか

Would I give valuable stuffs to my relatives?

自分の葬式の準備をするだろうか

Would I prepare for my own funeral?

死んでいないと認識できるのが生だろうか

Conceive life is recognize of not being dead?

私が死んでいたら

If I were in dead

死んでいることが分かるだろうか

Would I know that I am being dead?

私は今、これからの未来に

At this moment of me, for my coming future

渡るための橋を作ろうとしている

I am going to construct a bridge to across

その未来だと設定した時間帯は

The time zone that I have set as my future from now

3年後の今である

It will be a present time 3 years later

今から作ろうとしている橋を渡り

3年後の今

Exactly 3 years later of this moment

I would come across the bridge which I am going to construct  

その橋を渡って今に辿り着き

I would come back at this moment through the bridge

今の選択が正しかったと思いたい

And I would like to think that this current choice was right

このように未来への期待値が高くなると

Likewise, if an expected factor for the future becomes high

生きていることに執着心が強くなる

Then the obsession of being live becomes strong

生きて居たくなる

Become to wanting to stay alive

生きて居たい欲求が高くなると

When the desire of stay alive gets higher

目標を達成する前に

Before I achieve my goals

運悪く死んでしまうのではないかと

Becoming worried about if I get die unfortunately

その不安もつられて割高になる

So, the related anxiety also gets high comparatively

死はその正体を分かっても分からなくても

Even if we identified of what is death or we don’t know it

間違いなく100％その仕事を全うする

Death completes its work on 100% definitely

宇宙の歴史上

In the history of universe

死こそが完璧で絶対失敗をしない

For sure only death has perfection and never failed absolutely

死は完全無欠な存在である

Death is the existence of perfection which has perfect-flawlessness

死だけは真実だと言える

Can say only death is the truth

その真実を如何なる恐怖や恐れ無しに

Without any of fears or afraid of the truth of death

自然の摂理として

As a providence of nature (Law of nature)

受け容れるように導いてくれるのが坐禅であろう

Zazen is the way which can guide to accept the truth

坐禅は我を無に変換していけるようにし

Zazen can let an ego transformed to none-ego

宇宙の真理を全身で受けられるようにさせてくれる

It will let the universal truth to be accepted with full length
