We welcome back them during Obon every year. Bon Odori dance takes place everywhere in Japan during Obon. It is a custom to calm the spirits of the ancestors. Obon is similar to Halloween.
お盆が来るので掛け軸を替えました。
私の母は父と各寺を回り、この掛け軸を作りました。
お盆は、8月13日から16日にかけて行われる先祖の霊をまつる日本の仏教行事です。
私たちは毎年お盆の時期に先祖の霊を迎えます。
盆踊りはお盆の間に全国各地で行われますが、それは先祖の霊を静めるための風習です。
お盆はハロウィンに似ています。
