国際倉富縄文心導協会の皆さま、2023年新年SHNDO

会報誌制作して頂き有難うございました。

会報誌の内容が回を追うごとに充実されていて、シアトルでも

楽しくまた手元に置いて、時折目を通しております。

エストニア、フィンランドの合同ワークショップが28日

29日にエストニアで開催されますので、28日(土)に私

も講師で1時間位参加させて頂きます。

時差の調整で通訳の秋田君も難儀されたようですが、

そこは自転車で世界を回った経験から、上手く調整し

て頂いたようです。ありがとうございました。

日本時間夜12時、シアトル時間朝7時、エストニア時間夕方

5時頃と、何とか3カ国の時差が整いました。

私たちシアトルフアミリーも超多忙な日々を送っております。

先日は皆んなで順番に風邪など引いてしまいましたが、それ

でも寝込む事なく、頑張ってきました。

忙しさにかまけてヒーリングの遣り合いが、出来ていなかっ

たのですが、これではいけないと思い直し、時間を取って

ヒーリングの時間を取りました。

千恵子の旦那さん(AIのスペシャリスト)のヒーリングを受け

ましたが、肩から腕にかけてのヒーリング、肩から肩甲骨は斬新

なアイディアでした。(Shindo の鎮魂瞑想の進化)肩下の肩甲骨の

凝りが抜けました。

“こうしたら良いだろうなあ”と思いながら自然に手が動き

出したようです。

千恵子も正座盆ストレッチを考え出していて、これも中々の

アイディアでしたので研究したいのですが、忙しくてなかなか

時間が取れないでおります。

千恵子の第二子が誕生いたしましたが、まだ千恵子から公表さ

れておりませんので、後日何らかのお知らせをさせて頂きたい

と思います。

The contents of the newsletter are enriched each time.  

It's fun to look at, and I keep it handy and read it from

time to time.

A joint Estonian-Finnish workshop will be held in Estonia on

January 28th and 29th.  I will also participate for about an

hour on the 28th (Sat).

Mr. Akita, the interpreter, seemed to have a hard time adjusting

to the different times between the three countries but it seems

that he was able to adjust it well from his experience of traveling

around the world on a bicycle.  Thank you very much.

12:00pm Japan time, 7:00am Seattle time, 5:00pm Estonia time.

Our Seattle family is also having a very busy day. 

The other day, we all caught a cold in turn, but we did our best

without falling asleep.

I was so busy that I couldn't exchange healing.

 I decided that this was not right and took time for healing.

I received healing from Chieko's Husband(AI Specialist)

It was a novel idea from the shoulder to the arm, from the shoulder

to the shoulder blade.
It seems that his hands began to move naturally while thinking,

"I wonder if it would be good to do this."

Chieko also came up with the Seiza-bon-stretch.

 This is also a good idea and I would like to research it, but I am

too busy to take time.

Chieko's second child was born.  Chieko hasn't announced it

yet, so we'd like to make some kind of announcement at a

later date.
