Shindoルーツの旅鎌倉を最後に終了し、娘たちは9日にシアトル
に帰国しました。

あまやちゃんお付き合い頂きお疲れ様でした。
成田空港ではスヤスヤと寝込んでしまいました。

 

 

 

Shindoルーツの旅に出発前日に、佐藤豊彦さんのコンサートに行き、
屋久島、福岡、鎌倉から逗子、葉山に行きましたが、最後の鎌倉
では、松脇和尚と30年前のShindoルーツの再現の出会いをして
偶然な出来事でした。

娘が日本にShindoリトリートを作りたいという事で、シアトルに
帰国する日を延長しました。
私自身も今考えている事でしたので、家探しのお手伝いに奔走した
んですが、やっぱりそう簡単には行かないですネ。

コロナで特に若い人たちが東京から移転している人が、増えていて
鎌倉近辺も売り家、貸家が20%以上高価になっております。

10軒くらい見て回りましたお陰で、いろんな気づきがあり、20日間
の時間は無駄ではなかったです。
疲れ果てていたんですが、最後の朝になって娘が“お母さんこのポーズ
いいよ〜”と言って、ストレッチをしてくれました。

盆ストレッチの寝てする側面バージョンでやると、より効果大でした。
直ぐに数人のインストラクターにテストしてもらう為に、メールしま
したが、まだその効果の返事はありません。

落ち着きましたら、動画を作成して皆様に分かりやすくお伝えします。
次回のマネージャークラス、Topインストラクタークラスの時に
公開したいと思います。

30年前の友人達、また知らない土地の新しい友人達の出逢いで、お
世話になった皆様に感謝致します。

Shindo's roots journey ended in Kamakura.  My daughter and family

returned home to Seattle on the 9th.

 Amaya fell asleep peacefully at Narita Airport.I went to Toyohiko Sato's

concert the day before my Shindo roots trip.  Then, from Yakushima,

Fukuoka and Kamakura, we went to Zushi and Hayama.  Lastly,

in Kamakura, I met with Matsuwaki Osho to recreate the roots of

Shindo 30 years ago.  It happened by chance.

My daughter wanted to set up a Shindo Retreat in Japan, so she

extended her trip back to Seattle.

 I was thinking about it myself, so I did my best to help find a house,

but it's not going to be that easy.

 In Corona, more and more young people are moving from Tokyo

to rural areas.

 Houses for sale and rentals in the Kamakura area are more than

20% more expensive.

After visiting about 10 houses, I learned a lot.  20 days was not

wasted.
 I was exhausted, but on the last morning, my daughter said,

"Mom, this pose is good," and stretched for me.

 It was more effective to do the side version of the bon stretch

lying down.

 I immediately sent an email to a few instructors to test it, but have

yet to hear back about its effectiveness.

Once I've calmed down, I'll make a video about it and share it with

everyone.

 I would like to publish it at the next manager class and top instructor

class.

 I would like to express my gratitude to all the friends I met 30 years ago,

as well as new friends from unknown lands.
