hazard places known (originated) from district names

I remembered one book which tried to analyze  Japanese history and cause by means of the geology.

Comparing with  two books (mentioned in the title also ), to enrich discricts or places , farming and polulation are basic

and there will be necessary introduction and architectual method for the posession and maintenance .

what about the land valueness or the estimates under consideration of  future expected big earthquake ? 

We love watery scenery and shades of trees in a particular time,

but to imagine dangerous  places originated from naming, it's  worth while governing !?
