Romesco sauce
(1) Sauté the tomatoes, red paprika and 3 garlic well in olive oil.
(2) Fry the almonds and walnuts in a frying pan.
(3) Mix 20 ml of wine vinegar, 100 ml of olive oil, a little salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and (1) and (2) with a food cutter.
