スペルの間違いがありましたので訂正しました


decideのスペルが違うと指摘がありましたが、何日の記事か見つけられなかったので、

彼はそんなに飲んでバカでした

You would be foolish not to meet him.
彼に会わないのはバカでしょう（未来形・仮定法）


When he asked me whether or not he should marry her I said you would be foolish not to marry her.

彼は私に彼女と結婚すべきかどうか尋ねた。私は彼女と結婚しないのはバカでしょうと言った
