This month's session for the "英語で話そう会" was held on July 8 with the discussion topic on "Bad diets". Believe it or not, 11 million people are dying annually due to bad diets. This was a good oppourtunity to look back on our dietary habit.
While we were young, we cared not much about what we ate and drank, but now we are older, more or less, eveyone of us have rules on ones diets that evloved thruough our long lives. Here are some of tips from the members for your health dining.
- Drink 4 cups of black coffee a day
- Only eat nuts for breakfast and lunch
- Avoid processed foods with a lot of additivies
- Eat a lot of fruits and use vinegar whenever possible
- Eat vegetables first
- Especially for women, use supplements wisely to enhance ones bones
But at the end of the day, balanced foods and enjoying your meal with your friends or your family might be the best diet.
