こういうメールが私たちを欝にする

今日来たメール・・・毎日ではありませんが、毎日１００通もメールに回答していると、時々アグレッシブなメールが来て、とても嫌な気持ちになります。

私の担当している部署では助けられないので、他の部署を紹介したところ来た、逆切れメール。

 I did that already.   I sent a message asking if I can take a summer class as an External or visiting student from S Diego like they do at SDSU for anyone not taking a degree, and they sent a message to me and gave me your address and said to ask you.  That is how I got your address.  Now you tell me to ask them.    

   That is called a "run around".   Can you find out the answer rather than tell me to go elsewhere like they did ?    How hard can that be?   Does it break arms to just answer the question  ?
