This is an rough essay hearing from USA reports, and so on.
I hope that this essay will encourage working people.

In Japan, most people might think that people who claim their rights are often annoying their workplaces.
But, if people tend not to require companies to protect workers from violation to their rights, companies will be consequently disgraced their honor by themselves.

For example, in USA, the reports released recently says that office bully and violation to worker's rights will pay so much expenditure than the companies make efforts to protect workers from such troubles.

It represented that when companies leave workers behind without efforts to let workers get along with each other, these companies are going to lose their influential power on their industries.
There are a lot of evidences.

I was surprised by such real reports, because there are less companies who rethink their supervising methods in Japan than these reports expected.

Long ago, I heard that the way to supervise workers in most workplaces of Japanese company is often giving pressure on all of the workers relating with the accident, .

With taxing more and more pressure on workers, companies will see this proceeding.

Then, only weakened people who could manage to survive in the place will linger.

After that companies will change people lingering in the place into new workers who are young.

But, young people should be much educated social things by the company spending a lot of time and money.

While doing this way, companies have missed so much contractive relationships with them who have the objective opinions.

However, most companies who are going to vanish would have repeated this way.
