お題：子供は夏休みのあいだも勉強しなければなりませんか。
I think that children have to study during summer vacation.
And I represent two reasons why I think this.
To begin with, the length of vacation is a proper period as children can notice pleasure to study.
Originally, studying must not be suffering, but it has to be enjoying things that are interesting to children.
So, adults should give themes in which children are likely to be interested during children's summer holidays.
By doing this, adults can make children get aware of the pleasure to study.
Secondly, academic competitiveness should be kept during summer vacation.
This is because keeping academic competitiveness will encourage children to study.
Children should be self-motivated by being conscious of their academic performances.
For these reasons, I believe that children need to study for their own quests during summer vacation.

Then, such bullying puts too much pressure on victims.
If some victims are going to result in suicide, none has responsibilities for it.
Secondly, on the Internet societies, people's self-defense is not perfect.

So, a different person has a different way to protect himself or herself from such bullying.
In short, only regulation can protect them.
For these reasons, I believe that the government need to ban people from bullying on the Internet with more strict laws.

接続語が足りない感じ。でも、17分で、これがイッパイイッパイでした。
しかも、時間がなくて、読解を途中で放棄して書いたのです。読解は、途中で捨ててしまったので、28／41点。あかんやん！！
30点は、ほしい。
受かりそうになくても、6月受検をするつもり。

I agree with the idea that the number of young people who live with their parents after they finish their education will increase in the future.
And I explain two reasons why I think this.
To begin with, it is safer for young people to live with their parents than they live alone.
Some people say that parents should not protect their children from anything.
But, I think it is good for children to share responsibilities with their parents in order to learn about their independency.
Young people need to learn it with keeping their safety.
Secondly, if young people directly live alone after their graduation from school, they will be unable to afford their cost of living.
In short, it is necessary for young people to have a margin to learn about their independency including cost to live.
For these reasons, young people to live with their parents after graduation from school will be more in the future.

This is the real story which I saw one day in early spring.
When the company indicated us to sign the contractive documents, I noticed that the meaning of exception of workers who are forbidden from one-stop dispatching was confused with something by the company.
But, the company made applicants hurry up to sign the document, before the meeting of the enrollment started.
So, I renounced it, and left away there suddenly.
Of course, I said sorry not to be able to comply with the contract.
This is the past moment, but, I thought of people who have shortage of knowledge of law.
Also, the company looked like a hasty ideologist of right wing politics.
How did the people who were lingering there do?
I'm worrying about them.
The businesses of conservative often look like hazardous, aren't they?
I think this is because they can't correct their misunderstanding about the view of law.
This is the real story which I saw one day in early spring.

I hope that this essay will encourage working people.
In Japan, most people might think that people who claim their rights are often annoying their workplaces.
But, if people tend not to require companies to protect workers from violation to their rights, companies will be consequently disgraced their honor by themselves.
For example, in USA, the reports released recently says that office bully and violation to worker's rights will pay so much expenditure than the companies make efforts to protect workers from such troubles.
It represented that when companies leave workers behind without efforts to let workers get along with each other, these companies are going to lose their influential power on their industries.
There are a lot of evidences.
I was surprised by such real reports, because there are less companies who rethink their supervising methods in Japan than these reports expected.
Long ago, I heard that the way to supervise workers in most workplaces of Japanese company is often giving pressure on all of the workers relating with the accident, .
With taxing more and more pressure on workers, companies will see this proceeding.
Then, only weakened people who could manage to survive in the place will linger.
After that companies will change people lingering in the place into new workers who are young.
But, young people should be much educated social things by the company spending a lot of time and money.
While doing this way, companies have missed so much contractive relationships with them who have the objective opinions.
However, most companies who are going to vanish would have repeated this way.
I heard that.
