お題：学校はもっとIT技術を教えたほうがいいですか。


I agree with the idea that schools put more focus on teaching IT skills.
And I have two reasons to support my opinion.

First, these days, schools have become to give IT lessons to students.
So young people have gotten basic manners when using the Internet.
They have accustomed to communicate with other people on the Internet.
If elderly people have less skill, I hope they will be nice to such people.

Second, students will need basic IT skills to get their jobs in the future.
When schools put more focus on it, it is so helpful for students to take part in the real society.
I hope that schools will give sharing issues with other age's people to students, too.
Because they should get along with the elderly people who don't get used to it.

For these reasons, I think that it is a good idea schools put more importance on teaching IT skills.


これで、きょう、１級面接から改題の17題の見直し兼タイピングを終えました。
短歌のほうも、百首歌の百首を揃えることができました。

今後の予定としては、あすから三日間、できるだけ多くの英作文を書いて、調査研究協力テストに望み、それを終えたら角川「短歌」の〆切、下旬までに古今和歌集超訳の見直し、冬休みは月鞠17号の編集実務。

なんにせよ、調査研究協力テストで、先だって本番で書ききれなかった英作文のリベンジを果たしたい。
こんどは、英作文から書きます。
そうすると、読解の時間がたりないことになるかもしれません。
でも、そのときは、そのときでしょう。

うまくいかなくても、つづけることに変わりはないから。

お題：誰もがおなじ言語を話せば、世界はもっと居心地がよくなるでしょうか。


I disagree with the idea that the world would be a better place if everyone spoke the same language.
And I have two reasons to support my opinion.

First, languages represent cultures.
Different languages have different cultures that people in the same language have grown.
In short, if everyone spoke the same language, culture diversity would be lost.
For example, in Japan, people did not have milking custom.
So Japanese people had not distinguished the animal called "cow" and the one that become beef.
We call both of the two types as "ushi" in Japanese, still now.
Because we had used the animal only to load with it before the Meiji era.
Second, if everyone spoke the same language, humans would develop their population more fastly.
It means that human would devastate the natural environment more rapidly.

For these reasons, I believe that the same language spoken by everyone would not lead to a better result for the whole world.

お題：お金が政治に影響しすぎていると思いますか。


I agree with the idea that money have too much influence on politics.
And I explain why I think so with two reasons.

First, political activities are too much focusing on collecting money.
Many politicians claim that political activities need much money for preparing their election.
But such money almost is spent for assembling their political proponents who support their activities.
In short, they just aim to amplify their political groups.

Second, after election, most of the politicians tend to make their proponents who convey much money to them get more benefits than common people who vote them.
It is problematic that political activities tend to be occupied by exclusive groups who give money to the politicians.

For these reasons, I think that politics are too much influenced by monetary factors.

お題：消費税は、政府の歳入をひきあげるのによい方法ですか。


I disagree with the idea that consumption taxes a good way to raise government revenue.
And I explain why I think so with two reasons.

First, consumption taxes influenced on the mood of economy.
Without considering if such influences would be effective, the government should not raise it easily.
For example, when people become reluctant to buy things taxed more, the recession would be resulted from consumption taxes.

Second, poor people suffer from consumption taxes .
If consumption taxes would be more heavy, poor people might choose their suicides, as they could not afford to buy food taxed more.

For these reasons, I cannot admit consumption taxes as a good way to increase government revenue.

お題：野生エリアの保護は十分になされていますか。


I disagree with the idea that enough is being done to protect the world's wildness areas.
And I represent two reasons why I think so.

First, more and more spacies have being lost in the world.
These lost spacies almost had populated in wildness areas.
If it would be sufficient to protect such areas, saving wild animals would achieve.

Second, in the international world, the nations that grip superpower have been spending too much money to invest their technologies in order to develop their power.
Nations that have superpower should spend more money to research natural habitats.
And they need to grow their vision to reserve those.

For these reasons, I thinks it is too difficult to declare that protecting the world's wildness areas is enough.

お題：科学は芸術よりも社会に貢献しますか。


I disagree with the idea that science makes a bigger contribution to society than art.
And I explain why I think so, with two reasons.

First, art is able to release people from sadness.
By describing their feelings with words, painting, or doing in each free style, people can make themselves comfortable.
In the other hand, science often triggers wars or conflicts.
For example, the most worst product from progression of science is the nuclear weapon, in the world.

secondly, science is more likely to confront religion than art is.

Art has gotten along with other spiritual activities for long.
Since defeating conventional and spiritual activities, such as indigenous religions or cultures, science cannot have constructed the peaceful world yet.

In short, science contributions should have been confined economical and substantial stage.


For these reasons, I believe that art makes more contribution to society than science does.

お題：社会全体に人種差別をなくせているといえますか。


I disagree with idea that racial discrimination is totally eliminated from society.
For following two reasons, I think that way.

To begin with, for example some of the urban area in US have hate speeches that argue the justice of racial discrimination. The USA president talked about need of expelling foreign people who have immigrated into the country, before voting.
This is the fact that racism has being remained yet.

Secondly, many black people have been prejudiced by their skin color until now.
I heard that white people would like not to swim in the same pool with black people.
Actually, some countries have continued discriminative education that makes students go to school in which white high level or black low level, by their habitats.

For these reasons, it is difficult for world's people to eliminate racial discrimination.

お題：太陽光エネルギーは、未来のものですか。


I disagree with the idea that solar power will be the energy in the future.
And I explain why I think so.
I have two reasons.

To begin with, in Japan, natural disasters have been increasing dramatically.
The solar system needs stable sun light. But recently, there are more and more rainy days than it was in the past.
Furthermore, increasing earthquakes might destroy the construction of solar systems.

Secondly, now, solar energy companies have begun to stop their businesses.
After the famous earthquake, called the HigashiNippon-daishinsai, devastated Japanese nuclear energy system, many solar companies were established.
But these businesses have not thrived.
In short, such the energy's vision of Japanese solar businesses have been unable to outweigh the current energy's.

For these reasons, I think that solar power cannot be the energy of the future.

お題：インターネットでの広告は効果的ですか。


I agree with the idea that Internet advertising is effective.
And I explain why I think so.
I have two reasons.

To begin with, Internet advertising is less costs than the other advertising.
For example, TV advertising is the most expensive.
Almost people are likely to view the image of TV commercialism usually, though, big money is paid from manufacturing companies to those of advertising, day by day.
In short, just big firms are able to use it.
In other hand, Internet advertising is suitable with small companies.

Secondly, the Internet has been more common than it was in the past.
Now, more and more people are connecting with other people even oversea with the Internet.
Only if companies make some efforts to increase the number of the views, the efficiency is ensured.

For these reasons, I think that using the internet is effective for companies to advertise.
