お題・職場での友人関係は重要ですか。
I disagree with the idea that being friends with co-workers is important.
And I explain two reasons why I think this way.
To begin with, workers should retain professional distance between them.
This is because the relationship between co-workers is essentially different from friendships.
For example, showing their mind as much as they can is important to make friends.
But, at a working place, it is better for workers to conceal their feelings than to show those.
Secondly, if a person once makes a friendship at his or her working place, his or her private life is easily going to be eroded by it.
When the co-worker who has become a friend is promoted later, this friendship will be fragile.
So, to make friends in working places is not worthwhile.
For these reasons, I believe that being friends with co-workers is not important for most workers.
