この写真ではよく分かりませんが、コチラ、反射板グッズです。フィンランド、冬のデイタイムが短くてすぐ暗くなるから、でしょーか、このよーな反射板をカバン・上着・ヒジ、などからぶら下げているヒトがホント多かったです。面白いと思ったのは、ヒジ。ゴムッポイひもで留めてたんすかねー。
I don't think that it is a good photo to understand what they are, they are reflections. In Finland, many people have got like them, with their bags, outerwear and elbows. It would be the daytime is very short during winter, people would like to have light goods?
I think that it was a bit funny when I saw the people who had got those goods with their elbows.
