一冬を、たった一枚で過ごした初期の「葉」が枯れた。と感慨に耽っていると、その約十日後の6月14日火曜日に次の新しい葉(四の君と呼ぶ)が芽生えていることに気づいた。
It was Tue 14th June, I found a new fresh leaf on my fatsia. I call it 4th leaf. As I was thinking something about the leaf that was dying after spending the winter alone itself.
一度出れば、みるみる・・・その三日後。Once came out, it's growing... after 3days.

そして六月の終わりごろになると、二枚の先輩の葉と同じくらいの大きさに成長。
しかしここで、彼らの違いを発見する。先輩方は五つに割れているのに、四の君は、三叉である。なぜに形を変えるのか・・・？
At around the end of June, the 4th leaf has became the same size as their seniors. I found some differences between them. The seniors have five leaves. The 4th has just three. Why??

前回から六日の間に、更にひと回り成長したのか、そのせいか先輩方をほんのり圧迫？
しかし五つに割れる気配はなく、三叉のまま。
It's pasted 6 days. The 4th would be bigger a little bit than the seniors? It seemed the 4th would give them some pressure? The 4th has still been the same as before.

It's Tanabata day! They got its sun light, then shining! The 4th was perfect, bigger than them!

前回から六日後。四の君の成長が緩やかになったようだが、なんだか固太り(？)しているような・・・？
Then now 6days later. The growth of the 4th would have been slowly., but it looks like plump but solidly build.....?

現状、先輩方より大きくなって、三叉である、と言う状態。
The growth of the 4th has been stopped??
At the moment, the 4th is bigger than the seniors and has three leaves.
四の君の成長が完了したとなると、次なる五の君が出てくるのはいつ・・・？
If it ends, then, next leaf 5th...will come out? When...?

I read newspaper everyday. It's my routine.
