I agree with the idea that Japanese companies need to improve their treatment of female workers.
And I have two reasons to support my opinion.

試験中に、手がけいれんし、筆記不能に陥りました。ふるえは止まず、点画に時間をかけたミミズ文字で、なんとかこれだけを、書きました。
石に刻むように書いたせいか、一語一語、覚えています。
120語以上150語以下を要求されていますが、100語ちょっと。
まれに、吃音が出るのとおなじ症状で、じつは、揮毫するときにも、ふるえが止まらなくなったりします。
（２級２次のスピーキングで、吃音の出るのを心配しましたが、そのときは、直前にスピーキング練習を助けてくれた人がいて、ならずに済みました。）
