仕事ではふだん電車で移動するのですが、昨日タクシーを利用しました。

車内防犯カメラが設置してありました。

タクシーの何割が防犯カメラを設置しているのでしょうか？

車内防犯カメラは常に作動しているのか？　

それとも、タクシードライバーが緊急時にそれを作動させるのでしょうか？

車内防犯カメラはドライバーの安全性を確実に高めると思います。

What percent of the taxi set up a security camera? Does the security camera in the car always operate?
Or will a taxi driver operate it in emergency?
I think the security camera in the car raise the safety of taxi driver surely.
