12月。
訪問看護ステーションでは、スタッフが2人休んでいます。
訪問看護を専任で行う看護師は２．５人必要で、それ以下では
事業所としてなりたちません。

病気をしないように、忙しい12月を乗り越えなくてはなりません。
失敗や間違いもいろいろありますが、そんなときこそ穏やかに過ごさないと。



Many people are busy during December.
