●Top American General Targeted As US Military Faction Split Leaves One Dead(一部抜粋)

Russian Intelligence Analysts are reporting today that a factional split has emerged among Americas Military Leaders that has left one of their Top Generals, and Former US Secretary of State, Colin Powell, injured and has also resulted in the death of the Bush Families chief fundraiser Kenneth Lay.
These reports state that a meeting between rival factions of Americas Elite Leaders held this past week in Aspen, Colorado, and headed by the former US President Bill Clinton, turned violent when Kenneth Lay was murdered after his threats to expose the Counter-Coup plotters unless his conviction for being America’s top corporate embezzler was overturned.
Retaliation for this murder was swift, however, by the targeting of General Colin Powell the following day during a meeting of the plotters, and that included President Clinton; and in an ironic ‘twist’ to this affair had his life saved by the same doctors, and at the same hospital, that had likewise attempted to save the life of Kenneth Lay.
This latest split between the current warring factions of the United States Military Leaders appears to be centered on the ruling order of the North American Union, and which is the new Confederation formed between the former nations of the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Perhaps most interesting about these reports are the details on how the elite warring factions of the Americans communicate with each other through news references to the popular American soft drinks Coca Cola and Pepsi, and which these reports state that following these attacks the news that Pepsi had cooperated with the FBI in thwarting a theft of secrets from Coca Cola was actually a coded attempt to declare a truce between these factions.
This type of communication between various Western factions is not new, and was in fact perfected by the German Nazi regime during last century through their use of coded adverts in both Germany and America by Ford Motor Company and the German industrial giant IG Farben.
Russian Military Analysts are further reporting that President Putin, and in response to these latest events in the United States, has ordered an immediate realignment of Russian Military Forces throughout the Motherland, and which is to include a further increase of Special Department and FSB troops to be deployed to secure underground bunkers.

These reports state that these actions by the Counter-coup forces in the United States are in direct response to threats leveled against them by Israel over their planned rapid expansion of the current Middle East War into ‘all out war’ against all of the Islamic nations in that region.
Israel’s greatest fears are being realized as the United States has sided with both Russia and China in linking any negotiation over the current Iranian nuclear crisis with a dismantling of Israel’s nuclear weapons programme. Israel in turn has threatened to continue their ‘Secret War’ with the United States that they had begun by their attacks launched against that nation on September 11, 2001 that collapsed the World Trade Centers and destroyed the US Navy Intelligence Center located in the Pentagon.
American Military Leaders have likewise continued their massive assault against Mossad activity within the United States by a continued series of arrests and indictments of Israel’s top intelligence assets in North America, including their top financial and political operatives Lord Conrad Black and Jack Abramoff.
Reports from Israel today, however, show no signs of their abating their intentions to widen this war as in the past 48 hours they have arrested the elected Palestinian Members of Parliament, targeted for assassination the Palestinian Prime Minister, bombed the Prime Ministers Office and other Palestinian Government buildings, cut off all power, water and food to millions of civilians in Gaza and refused all international humanitarian aid to reach these starving peoples.
Russian Military Analysts report that Israel’s intentions in targeting civilians is to draw both Syria and Egypt into an attack to free the millions of trapped and starving civilians, and which Egypt, by their massing troops on the Gaza border, and their threat to end the peace treaty currently in force between them and Israel, appears likely to succeed. Should Egypt attempt to invade the Gaza to free these Muslim peoples Syria would be bound by their laws to also follow course and also attack Israel in the north and through their surrogate militias located in Lebanon.
Should this scenario develop, and with Syria and Iran having just recently signed a mutual defense pact, Israel would then be free, they believe, to launch their nuclear missiles against Iran and begin bombing of that country with their recently acquired American ‘bunker busting’ bombs, and which are reported to be able to penetrate to the depths of Iran’s buried nuclear research facilities.
President Putin and China’s President Hu have both repeatedly warned the United States Military Leaders that should America allow the Israelis to carry forth this plan they would then consider Israel as a ‘rogue nation’ along with any other nation supporting them, and which today is actually only the United States.
The American Military Leaders, however, may not have any choice in supporting Israel in Total World War as their failure to not support Israel would result in the immediate incineration of many American cities and vital port facilities with nuclear bombs planted by Israel’s Mossad, and which to many of those leaders in a more ‘real’ threat then any planned actions by Russia or China, and which some American Military Analysts do not believe would escalate to a nuclear confrontation.

米軍制服組トップと国務長官を務め、米国の外交・安全保障政策の中軸を長年担ったコリン・パウエル氏が朝日新聞のインタビューに応じ、核兵器は「極めてむごい兵器」であるために使えず、軍事的には無用な存在だと語った。北朝鮮の核の脅威には核兵器を使う必要はなく、強力な通常兵力で抑止力は足りるとの見方を示した。 朝日新聞デジタル 7月12日(金)20時14分配信
私見
この発言は、ＨＡＡＲＰ（高活性オーロラ調査計画）による人工地震（いわゆる地震兵器）と人工的気象変動（いわゆる気象兵器）を米軍ではない勢力（いわゆる軍事ワンワールド）が掌握していることを知るパウエルが、その存在をこのような形で漏洩したものである。この発言の主意は「ＨＡＡＲＰに関する論評を解禁する」ことにあると観て良い。
軍事ワンワールドの総司令官として、現下の世界で最高の実力を有する世界元帥コリン・パウエルから数階級下がった軍事ワンワールドの将官クラスからも、これまでＨＡＡＲＰに関する発言はなされなかったのは、トップが黙っている以上、その配下は差し控えていたのである。
パウエルの今回の発言は、今後パウエル以外の知名人からも、ＨＡＡＲＰに関する発言が出て来る事が予想されるから、諸卿はその発言者に注目されたい。それが軍事ワンワールドの報道将校である確率は極めて高い。
もう一つ注目すべきは、右のパウエル発言が朝日新聞に対してなされたことで、これはＨＡＡＲＰに日本が深く関わっていることをも、世界に黙示したのである。
その２ 印パを仲裁「広島・長崎を思い出せ」
米国の核戦略の最前線にいた元軍人による核兵器不要論。
パウエル氏は、核武装したインドとパキスタンの間で２００２年に緊張が高まった際、パキスタン首脳に広島、長崎の被爆後の悲惨な写真を思い起こすよう説いて、対立緩和に導いた秘話も明かした。被爆地の記憶が、実際の国際政治に影響を与えたとの証言だ。
この対立では、両国が核による威嚇も辞さない恐れがあった。国務長官だったパウエル氏はパキスタン首脳に電話し「あなたも私も核など使えないことはわかっているはずだ」と自重を促したという。さらに「１９４５年８月の後、初めてこんな兵器を使う国になるつもりなのか。もう一度、広島、長崎の写真を見てはどうか。こんなことをするのか、しようと思っているのか」と迫ると、パキスタン側は明確に「ノー」と答えた。インド側への働きかけでも同様な反応だった。こうした説得の結果、危機は去った、と振り返った。
パウエル氏は、かねて核兵器は不必要との考えを示していた。今回その理由を詳しく問うと「極めてむごい兵器だからだ」と明言し、「まともなリーダーならば、核兵器を使用するという最後の一線を踏み越えたいとは決して思わない。使わないのであれば基本的には無用だ」と強調した。
核実験やミサイル実験を繰り返す北朝鮮への抑止策としては「（米国の）通常兵力は強力であり、核兵器を使わなければならないことはない。もし北朝鮮が核兵器を使ったり使おうとしているとみたりした場合、米国はすぐ北朝鮮の体制を破壊するだろう」と主張。
核の抑止力そのものは否定せず、「政治的な意味」があるため北朝鮮は核に頼っているとした。ただ、使えない兵器である核を持つことは、彼らを守ることにはならず、むしろ自殺行為だと強調した。
私見
この発言で思い出したのは、平成８（１９９６）年に聞いた説で、要旨は、「間もなくインドとパキスタンの間に戦争が起こり、拡大して世界戦争になる。食料不足も考えられるので、生活拠点を食糧が得やすい海岸に確保し、自家発電装置などもできれば備えたらいい。戦争は２００２年に核兵器を６個使用して終結する」というものであった。
情報の媒介者は私の周囲にきていた「閑人衆」の一人で、発信元は・・・・・すでに逝去した「宗教ワンワールド」の関係者であるが、実名の公表を目下は避けることとしたい。
この予言めいた情報は、ご承知の通り当らなかったが、私は一日たりとも忘れたことはなかった。そこで右のパウエル発言に絡んで、この当らなかった予言を、ある筋にぶつけてみた。答えは「２００１年９月１１日が方向性を変えた」とだけであったが、これで十分理解できる。
９・１１テロがＨＡＡＲＰにより生じたことは、知る人が知る。印パ戦争では例に予言のごとく、核兵器の使用が決まっていたが、前年の９・１１テロで明らかにされたＨＡＡＲＰの威力が、もはや核兵器が無効なることを示したのである。
ところが、まだこれを悟らないインドとパキスタンの指導者に、軍事ワンワールドの総司令官パウエルは、この発言のように説得して、核兵器使用を諦めさせたのである。
その際パウエルは、ＨＡＡＲＰの真相をある程度明かしたと見るのが当然である。あれから１０年経った今、そろそろワンワールドの広報将校から、ＨＡＡＲＰの真相の一角が黙示される時期であろう。政府関係者や御用学者も従来の知らぬ存ぜぬでは通用しなくなったことを自覚し、次のステップをどうするか、考えることを進言する。

パウエル発言（その２）
今朝パソコンのメモを開けて眺めていたら、次のようなメモがありました。むろん、私の文章ではありません。どこかのブログに在ったのを抜き出して、保存していた文章らしいのです。
私の文章ではないが、内容は私の見解とほぼ一致しています。異なるのは、「静岡の茶畑の崩落」が抜けていることくらいです。
淡路島の地震、伊豆諸島近海の地震、東北地方の地震それぞれの震源地を結び、そしてその中心にあるものはなんと「富士山」だ。
もちろん何の根拠もないオカルト的な情報ではあるが、ここ最近の地震が富士山に関連するということであれば不気味だ。
実は富士山ではここ数カ月にわたって不穏な動きを見せている。長さ３００メートルにわたる亀裂、突然の湧水、河口湖の水位が大幅に低下した件。これらについて専門家は火山活動の症状はなく、噴火の可能性は無いとしているが、地震と重ね合わせるともうすぐ噴火するのではないかと言う不安を煽る材料としては納得できる。
もちろん科学的な根拠は無いが、Twitterではこの衝撃的な事実に「何かの前兆では？」不安がるユーザが多く見受けられる。
このメモの内容を理解せんとすれば、二つの立場があります。まず、①は「自然現象」として観る
立場で、②はＨＡＡＲＰすなわち「地震兵器」の作用として見る立場で、私はこの立場です。ＨＡＡＲＰについて、拙著『金融ワンワールド』の最末尾部分を、原文のまま以下に掲げました。
ＨＡＡＲＰ計画については、大手マスコミは全く報道せず、インターネットで検索する以外にありませんが、本稿はこれにはタッチしません。
ともかく右の情報を分析すれば、プラザ合意とは、各国の協調介入でドル高を潰し、その結果円高になった日本を困らせて「円売りドル買い」という反対行動に追い込み、過剰流動性を強制してバブルを発生させる意図におこなわれたもの、と観るべき筋合になります。
そこで地価高騰から狂乱株価となった日本に、日経２２５株価指数の先物取引を創設して、大蔵省の指導で生保はじめ機関投資家に買わせ、反対に外資系証券会社にこれを売らせて、外人売り邦人買いのポジションを作り、平成２年の三重野暴落によって、一挙に国富をレーガンに贈呈したわけです。日本のバブル崩壊で得た資金を、レーガンはＨＡＡＲＰ計画に回します。
ここで思い出すのは、レーガン大統領が１９８３（昭和５８）年３月２３日に突如言い出した「スターウォーズ作戦」（ＳＤＩ）です。ＳＤＩは、「アメリカや同盟国に届く前にソ連のミサイルを迎撃」し、「核兵器を時代遅れにする」手段の開発を呼びかけたものでした。
SDIが実現すれば核戦略におけるアメリカの優位が確立するため、東西の緊張が高まりましたが、当時のソ連には最早軍拡競争を行う経済力がなく、ゴルバチョフは軍拡路線を放棄したので、第三次世界大戦（米ソ冷戦）の終結とソ連の崩壊が実現しました。
まさに人類の歴史の流れを変えたSDIですが、発表された軍事技術にソ連を崩壊させるほどのインパクトを感じないのは、私の偏見でしょうか。私は、SDIには公表されない本当の「スターウォーズ作戦」があったと観ています。すなわち、ＨＡＡＲＰ計画です。
地球社会を根本からコントロールしているのは、このような巨大な計画なのです。これを陰謀史観と云いたい人は、どうぞそう言って下さい。これからも酔生夢死に生きて下さい。
実は『金融ワンワールド』の初版が、そろそろ売り切れそうなので、出版社が再版を言って来たらどう対応しようか、あるいは改訂版にした方が良いのかも知れないと思い、一年ぶりで自著に眼を通したところ、驚きました。
あれから一年後の世界情勢が、拙著の内容そのままに動いてきたからです。こんなことを言えば、「自分で書いておいて驚くとは、アヤシイ奴」と言われても仕方ありませんが、未来予測を書いている時の心境は、我ながら不思議な事ですが、どこかから降りてきたことを書き付けるだけの自動筆記に近いのです。
HAARPの淵源は、右に挙げた拙著末尾の文章の通りですが、その平和利用も行われている証拠です。
