What I wrote on note.com is:

I’ve seen Mr.Fern (in the photograph above) for 3-4 years, but I am not sure properly. He’s repeated to appear and disappear from spring to autumn, during winter there is no him(because of winter?). Sometimes I guess, he is pulled off by a human. But he pops up again. He must have guts. I really enjoy seeing him when I walk on this road. 

 *I’m not sure if my English grammars are correct.
