In Ehime Museum of History and History, There is packing that lends the museum collections can “Rekihako”. Rekihako means the box of historical materials.
In “Rekihako”, there is the textbook of the school, the photograph of life scenery, and the life tools of old times from 1940’s to 1960's.
This museum cooperated with Seiyo city social welfare council, and “Reminiscence therapy” for the dementia prevention was executed for the senior citizen on February 14, 2011.
“Rekihako” is often used by the class of the elementary school. Especially, the social studies of the fourth grader. But recently, social welfare facilities and the welfare school's using “rekihako” has increased.
The museum collection that is collected and kept in a history museum is being paid to attention on the field of senile dementia prevention
