暇すぎてレモン酢を作りました。
お客様からいただいたレモン。
その名もオニーレモン。
嘘です（笑）
ツンツンと角のような突起がでていたので名付けました。
レモン酢のレシピ
1、 レモン １個(100g)
氷砂糖 100g
酢 200ml
もしくは
2、 国産レモン 2個
醸造酢 400ml
ハチミツ 60g
家には氷砂糖がなかったので蜂蜜で代用。
レモンも、オニーレモンなので一つが３００グラム・・
1のレシピを約３倍にして、超適当レシピで作りました（笑）
コツは、
レモンエキスがしみ出しやすいように、そして氷砂糖や蜂蜜が溶けるように
電子レンジで３０秒加熱すること。
1 レモンはお湯をかけながら表面をしっかり洗う。
2 洗ったら水気を取り、１センチの厚さに輪切りする。（私はそれをさらに四等分しました）
3 耐熱瓶に氷砂糖（もしくは蜂蜜）とレモンを入れ、
レモンがしっかり浸かる位置までお酢を入れる。
4 フタをせず電子レンジ(600W)で30秒加熱する。
5 30秒加熱したら取り出し、フタをして常温で12時間ほど置けば完成！
味は・・・・とてつもなく酸っぱい～！
そのままでは飲めず、毎日牛乳と混ぜてヨーグルト風にしていただいております。

Lemon vinegar recipe
1、 1 Lemon (100 g)
Chunk of sugar 100 g
Vinegar 200ml
Or
2、 2 lemons
Vinegar 400 ml
Honey 60g
Because there was no chunk of sugar in the house, substitute honey.
Lemon is also big. One weigh 300 grams.
So I changed my recipe to about x 3 and changed to honey.
There is no meaning of the recipe (lol)
The skill to make well,
To make it easy for lemon extract to bleed out, and like melting sugar and honey
Heat it in a microwave for 30 seconds.
1 Wash the surface firmly while warming the lemon.
2 After washing, remove moisture and slice it to a thickness of 1 cm. (I divided it further into four)
3 Place lumpy sugar (or honey) and lemon in a heat-resistant bottle,
Add vinegar to the position where the lemon is firmly dipped.
4 Heat for 30 seconds in a microwave oven (600 W) without lid.
5 After heating for 30 seconds, remove it, cover it and put it at room temperature for about 12 hours to complete it!
The taste is ... amazingly sour!
I can not drink as it is, mixed with milk every day to make it like yogurt.
It was my spare time. Everyone try it.
