気温が下がって助かったと思う地域と、豪雨になってしまう地域と。自然の采配は時に不可解です。
When I wished "please cool down", then we got very heavy rain. but please do not.

Some places, it's getting cooler but the other places have got teribble heavy rain. I don't understand why the natures did that so?
