いらはりました。

That tree is the sacred tree.
The tree was cut once but he/she didn't die, he/she had tillers on his/her stub. The people were surprised and impressed, then they changed their mind and respected the tree.

夕方暮れなずむ空ノ中
燕サンが電線ニ
遠い空ヲ、ソノまた遠い空

飛んでキテ

年々巣を作る場所ガ減ってますね
アノ昔風デパートノ建物ハ
マンションニナリマス
搬入口ノおぢさんニ
見守られた日々ガアリマシタネ

ダカラ
この年モドコカニ
賢く聡く巣を作る場所ヲ
見ツケテ

毎日祈ッテマス

I like swallow.
I like to see their nests.
They make their ones on the wall of human houses.
So that, it is easy to watch for their lives and growing up their chicks.
Nowadays, they don't have easy lives... decreasing their chances to make nests. Because our house types have been changed...that is not good to them.
I have prayed they have good luck.
