お題：医療機関は、高齢化社会に対応できると思いますか。


I agree with that the healthcare system can't cope with the growing number of elderly people.
And I have two reasons to support my opinion.

To begin with, the healthcare system are strictly confined.
As people have aged, all of them would have some disorder, though, it is difficult for elderly people and their families to realize it themselves.
So they often tend to confused what they should do.
The healthcare institution should hear the opinion from some persons around elderly people and their families, objectively.
Secondly, elderly people don't want just only healthcare.
They seem to want to receive more gently attention too.
Today's healthcare system has a lack of such attention, particularly at large hospitals.

It is for reasons that I think the healthcare system is unable to suit the situation that number of elderly people is growing.


ざっと書き上げ、33分。語数オーバーにつき、タイピングの際に、内容面の見直しをしました。

このお題は、自分が、誰よりも早く母の不調に気づき、それを訴えても、家族の誰も請け合わなかったことや、母が倒れてからも、自分のほうで母についてわかっていることを、家族から一切、聞き入れられなかったことなどがあって、切実でした。

母が、わがままをさらけ出せたのは、常に、わたしに対してだけであったことが、わたしを苦しめ、また、わたしが、母の介護にあたる家族からの排除を受ける原因ともなりました。

母は、闘病の末に亡くなりましたが、いまも、そばにいるようです。

後半は、一般論です。
身寄りのないお年寄りには、医療行為だけでなく、いっそうの配慮が必要であろうという意味合いを込めたのであって、それにまた、配慮の必要性を、身寄りのないお年寄りに限定すべきでないのであって、このように書きました。

お題：今日びの会社員は、会社に忠誠を尽くさなくなったと、あなたは思いますか。


I agree with that employees are less loyal to their companies these days.
And I have two reasons to support my opinion.

To begin with, today, the relationship with the employer and employeees has changed.
In the past, it was supposed that companies promised their employee's whole lives to feed.
On the other hand, employees had to work at their companies with their faithful mind to their employers.
But due to the long economic tough time, companies have become unable to feed their employees during their all lives.
So the relationship has broken.

Secondly, working styles have become more variously and more optionally for workers than the past.
So people have been able to choose their working style without the loyalty to their workplaces.
It is for reasons that I guess employees have less loyal to their employers recently.
