増えている自動車の “死角” は解決すべき社会問題 / Increasing "blind spots" in automobiles are a social problem.

米・ペンシルベニア州に住む14歳の少女、コンテストで最高賞を得た発明。車体外部につけたカメラで死角を無くす技術。比較的単純で実現させて欲しい技術です。

自動車の死角は年々増えており、日本でも、SUVなど車両が大柄になり、狭い道路で運転出来ずに立ち往生している光景が珍しくない程で、道路走行中でも二輪車や歩行者の存在が見えていない事は以前より増えている。だから、トライバーだけでなく社会全体の為に、ピラー（柱）だけでなく、ドアの外や車体下部まで、車体全体が透けて見える様に応用される事を願う。
