シフォンケーキ

今日は息子1号の誕生日で、昨夜はお祝いしました。
久々にシフォンケーキを焼きました。

ケーキ作りは中学生の頃からやっていて、キャリアが長いのでほぼ失敗はありません。

でもスポンジケーキだけなかなか納得出来る仕上がりにならなくて、15年程前に、
毎週のようにいろいろと試して、私が求めていたのはスポンジケーキではなく
シフォンケーキだったのだと行きつきました。

さて、いつものシフォンケーキの分量だけ載せておきます。．（自分の備忘のため）

卵4ヶ
砂糖50g
小麦粉50g
牛乳60cc

この分量でスポンジケーキ型18cm径にピッタリです。

季節柄、イチゴは外せません。


最近、ケーキを焼く心の余裕がありませんでした。
春になったし、
少しゆとりを持ってあれこれ作ってみたいと思います。

最近の若者

コロナ以降． リモー卜ワークが基本になって、ほとんど出社していません。平均すると月に4回くらいかなぁ。

たまに出社すると、出社している若い人たちが私の席まで自己紹介に来て、
帰る時にも、私の席までわざわざ「お先に失礼します」とあいさつに来てくれます。

我社は業種柄．理系の大学出身の人が多くて、10年位前までの新入社員は、
どちらかと言えばコミュニケーションは苦手な分野だろうなと思わせる人が多かった。

人あたりが良い人材は、営業職に配属されていたのかもしれません。


最近の若者は、
おしなべて人あたりが良く、礼儀正しく、ほがらかで可愛い。


このまま、どこに出しても恥ずかしくない！ と思える子ばかり。

どんな風に育てたらこんな良い子に育つんだ！？


我が息子たちと． ついつい比較して母は反省するのでした。




あるいは、こういう子しか入社できん会社なのか？最近の我が社。

Our company is a type of industry. There are many people who graduated from science universities, and new employees up to about 10 years ago
If anything, there were many people who made me think that communication would be a weak field.

People who are good at people might have been assigned to sales positions.


Young people these days are
Generally friendly, polite, cheerful and cute.


As it is, no matter where you go, you won't be ashamed! All the kids who think.
